Although the cleaning part didn't work out, the customer service side was on point and greatly appreciated. I'm now thinking this misstep with me was a one-off and not their usual mode of operation. Understandable that a first cleaning might be more, but they only did a "general cleaning," - not a deep clean like was described to me, and they were a no-show on the 2nd scheduled cleaning date. No show, no call, no response to my messages and inquiries. I'm not sure what happened, but I would have never paid $250 for a one-time clean for my small place. I feel that it was some kind of scam, bait & switch...something is just not right about what happened. I did send an email about my concerns, to which the reply was, "contact the manager." Knowing the community and other firms in the area? I mean, they do have to take classes like every other CPA firm to keep up with tax law? No help. No suggestions. No input and basically can you hang up and let us go? Yes, I was looking for a specific tax preparation due to my mother's estate. I also was looking for a replacement CPA. They failed on both counts. This is one of those cases where you literally call down the list of CPAs and when you get off the phone, you feel worse than before you talked with them. With the reception I got, NO, I would never, never send my tax work to them. No, I would never recommend them to anyone. No, I don't ever want to speak to them again. When you're dealing with estate taxes, maybe companies like this just don't realize it's because someone died and emotions run high. My bad for grieving for my mother or their bad for not being even a bit sensitive for their actions? If they were the last company in town, I'd rather take penalties from the IRS than ask for their "help" on any tax matter. It's clear they only want cream of the crop clients. Whether they check if your blood is blue, I can't say because I was eliminated at the first go around. However, I wouldn't be surprised.

Told her we'd just purchased and had done some remodeling. We needed a thorough cleaning from all of the construction dust. No problem she said, she gave me a quote we set a date and it was a complete scam. First off they did an absolutely horrible job, all they did was wipe some things down and mop. They didn't clean the fans or the light fixtures that were coated in filth from the scraping of the ceilings, they don't scrub the floors so we were left with paint drippings, dirty baseboards, drywall dust. They cleaned a couple windows on one side only, we have tilt ins and they never bothered to clean the other side of the window. They don't clean up above the cabinets, they don't scrape any paint or dirt off of any surface. THEN she tried jacking the price up and refused to clean upstairs even tho she didn't have to clean any of our bedrooms and only 2 out of the 4 bathrooms i'd told her we had.
