I called this Business, Johnson's Electric, to have a Flood Light Camera replaced as well have a…read morebracket replaced on one of my Ring Doorbell. Having order a new bracket for the Ring Doorbell because the one I had was so tight I could not get it detached from the wall when it needed to be recharged, they operate off a battery. When Johnsons put in the new bracket, he let me try it but then took it, off the wall saying something about the screws. I wasn't sure what he was. referring to and because I recently had a mini stoke wasn't up to standing there so trusting them to do what they do I didn't say too much and went back in. They had also removed the one on the front door to change it to the backdoor. I felt confident that the job was done properly. however, that wasn't the case. I checked both door bells a couple of days. later as I was getting notices that one needed the battery to be recharged and that's where the problem started. When I tried to get the doorbell away from the bracket it had been done in such away it was impossible for me to get it released after it was worked on a little more when I stepped away. They were told this was the reason a new bracket needed to be put in because the old one would not release from the wall. After I couldn't get it from the wall to recharge, I called and the lady who took the work order for that visit made an appointment for them to come out that next Tuesday and try to fix it for me. Not only did not show up for the appointment they have not answered any of my calls to ask why they had not returned. For the $200.00 it cost for the 1/2 hours' worth of work I paid without question you would think they would not have left it in such a state it made it even harder to detach then it did before the work was done. I can't recommend Johnson's Electric for this kind of effort and lack of answering the calls when they told me before leaving if I had any issues to call and they would take care of the problem but instead no respond. I have a muscle disorder similar to ALS so the strength in my hands is not normal and knowing this and being left in such a state was totally unprofessional as well as costly.

Seth was our Technician and we appreciated his attention to detail, thank you sir!!!! They are always immediately responsive and anytime I have called them for her they are able to come out that day if it's urgent or the next day if it's something that can wait. We recently had the entire system replaced in the house in which she currently lives, they didn't have the unit in stock that was needed but they were able to get it quickly snd had it installed within the promised time frame and charged exactly what they had given us an estimate stating it would cost. No hard core selling or up selling were involved. They have always been very fair and dependable in our dealings with them.
