There's mold growing in one of our units, rats EVERYWHERE, I swear there's blood on the door frame (scary), and every time after it rains (even just an inch) we have to come open the doors because there's a pool.... This place is the worst. The monthly fee is RIDICULOUS, and if you try coming to your unit after the office is closed, well, just hope they don't shut the power off to the gate while your inside! Didn't attach my mirror to my dresser, and no attempt to set up my bed, set up boxes right in the living room, then when I ask to put my couch in a certain spot, I was told we only move stuff once. Well I didn't pile up boxes in the spot where my couch should be. The larger mover, was constantly yelling at the small guy, loud enough to hear from the parking lot. HORRIBLE

They got there on time and moved fast. Never complained. We have used a lot of moving companies in our years but this has to be one of the best. They had a 3 hour minimum with a reasonable rate and that worked for us. The owner actually talked us into moving Friday instead of Saturday to avoid time and a half charges. I would use them again.
