I was in need of a storage shed (preferably a 10' x 12') and after looking around at different places and online at multiple places I come across Premier Structures in Bastrop and met Brian. We couldn't be happier with our purchase, the delivery time frame and especially the delivery driver AJ and the dispatch Kolby. The delivery driver kept in touch with me multiple times throughout the day to tell me how his schedule and what my delivery time would be. He definitely was an "11" on professionalism and timing. I'd definitely recommend Premier Structures - Brian, Kolby and AJ 100%. Everywhere else we looked at delivery was 4 to 12 delivery even if it was on they're lot. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! NO SHOWED FOR INSTALL 4 TIMES......NO COMMUNICATION....TERRIBLE INSTALL.....BUILDING HAS 2.5 IN GAP WHERE IT SHOULD BE ENCLOSED Worst experience and company we have ever worked with! They do not even deserve a 1 STAR rating, do not use this company! We ordered a building through Bryan at Premier Structures in Bastrop, TX. They use American Eagle as their supplier/builder. We had upgraded to a 12 gauge building, paid our deposit and was told it would be a 2-3 week turn around. There was very little communication about the install, after 3 weeks of waiting they finally called and scheduled a date to install. We took off of work for the install to make sure it was done properly and they NEVER SHOWED UP and NEVER CALLED!! After numerous calls to the salesman at Premier Structures and to American Eagle, they finally called us back and told us they can no longer get 12 gauge material. We at that point wanted to cancel with them as they could no longer get us the 12 gauge we wanted and then also never showed up or called after they told us they were going to install. After concluding we wanted to cancel, Bryan told us they would not refund our deposit of $1340.00 even though they were the ones that could not hold up the contract giving us the 12 gauge. So we had no choice but to use them, we continued to argue and tell them we wanted 12 gauge. They finally said they had found some 12 gauge and set another install date with us, again we took off work to be here and.......THEY DID NOT SHOW UP!!! We called and called again, finally speaking to the owner of the company who had very little to say about our issues and frustration and us taking off work. He said he would schedule us in and let us know the install date. We never heard from them about and install date, and then they just appeared on a Saturday morning as we were just getting ready to head out of town. We cancelled our plans and stayed for the install. The install was just as terrible as the customer service and communication from both Bryan at Premier Structures and the American Eagle Steel !!! They did not bring the interior wall or pedestrian door that we had paid for. Then the office tells us we didn't order it and we didn't pay for it! It was clear as day that we did order it and it was in the contract, as well as the drawings, so we had to argue again for that!! So of course, they had to schedule another install date to finish the work!!! They finally came to complete the install and the installers cut the interior wall to short and now the portion that is supposed to be an "enclosed garage" has a 2.5 inch gap at the ceiling!!! Not to mention all the steel shavings and screws they left all over our property!! DO NOT USE COMPANY!!! read more

My husband and I own a Stained Glass business in Bastrop and the Good Lord above has blessed us with more business! We outgrew our current studio and decided we need additional room. I went to Premiere Structures and was warmly greeted by Bryan! He was awesome and let me take my time looking at the models on site. Eventually we went inside and he helped me design our new addition! It was a very easy process and Bryan explained everything to me in detail. The cost is very reasonable and doable for us! It hasn't been delivered yet since it's a custom and we are looking forward to the day it gets delivered! It will enable us to open a little retail area as well as a design and building area. I have been wanting a shop for years. I found Premier Structures of Bastrop on Facebook and I sent them a message asking about a building. Bryan got back with me very quickly and had the ball rolling in no time. He was very helpful in helping me choose the right building that I was after and when I wanted to add extra doors and change mounting locations he was happy to make those changes. Bryan Walker at the Bastrop location off 71 was awesome. We had no issues finding what we wanted and even got the color! 10 minutes in the AC doing a little paperwork. $150 down and no credit check got us financed.
