Geico dispatched these guys, They confirmed they were on the way, they call Geico and did a 3-way call with me, She told us the driver was on scene and needed keys...and I told them where the keys were, she thanked me, hung up, and after trying to reach them for 2-3 more hours, they claimed nobody ever came to the truck, so they just left, and now they dont have a driver available. So I had to contact a different service, pay after 9pm fees, Left to sit and wonder why someone would do such a thing and flat out LIE about it to the Insurance Company that sends them Business. I have used this company several times over the last couple of years. They have always been friendly and reasonably priced.

They confirmed with Geico that they would be to me within a hour. After an Hour and a half I called the number sent me I got hung up on 4 times so I called Geico which patched me through to them and got hung up on again. So I called Geico back they hung up on them and the next time someone answered and said the driver canceled! Seriously? Not nice actually extremely disturbing and disrespectful!!!! I will repeatedly review this company on every site I find! I detail cars so yeah I will definitely be spreading the word to every owner customer and client I know! They even only allow positive reviews on their Facebook page so I left a review in the comments section of a positive review they allowed on there! If deleted I will continue to repost! I'm livid! My car wouldn't start, stuck in small parking place. Premier Towing arrived earlier than anticipated. Two affable gentlemen willing and able to provide assistance. They went above and beyond with customer service. They went as far as providing assistance removing valuables from my vehicle to bring to my unit at the condominium. They were timely, kind and professional. Terrific customer experience. You make "Tow Guys" look great, as they should since they provide such an essential service. That said, these guys surpassed the expectation. Thank you, you made what could have been a bad day better. read more

Drivers are rude and have a severe case of road rage. I had a driver try to purposely hit my car in a parking lot when he cut through a parking lot at a high rate of speed in a tow truck because he didn't like that I turned in front of him to park in the parking lot. Not only did he just speed up when I turned into a parking spot he swerved towards my vehicle. This also was caught on video on my dash cam. The driver then became verbally threatening cursing and screaming at me because he wanted to treat a parking lot as a short cut and extension of a roadway. I left 2 messages for the owner who must not feel it is worth their time to return my call. read more

Predatory towing company! They use spotters, denied access to retrieve my vehicle for two days and charged me $60 more than they were legally allowed to from the City of Palm Bay laws. When I questioned why the price was higher than it should be and brought a copy of the laws, one of the man came out from the back and threatened to call the police on me. He yeld at me that I had to pay the price and leave! Do not support this scam of a company!! read more

My son's truck stopped running down in Melbourne Beach. We put a call into our Emergency Roadside Service with Geico and dispatched Premier to us. They informed us that it would be 1 hour and it was about 25 minutes later, here he comes. The gentleman that towed our truck's name was Mark. He was so polite, helpful and very accommodating. When Mark brought the truck to our house, he made sure that it was put in the spot I needed it to be. (he even gave my old dog pats). I would highly recommend them and if you can get Mark, even better. read more

**ALERT** Please do not patronize this establishment. This company profits from partnering with local companies who with unclearly marked parking regulations and then tow your vehicle. They demand you come to them though they just towed your car and they also demand $200 in "CASH ONLY" and are located in a very seedy area of town where there were numerous homeless and police activity outside a local strip club. Their dispatcher told us to meet the tow truck driver "behind the recycling center" which was poorly lit and quite a scary location. The tow truck driver himself said the particular woman to called him regarding our vehicle calls him on some 15 vehicles each night. They continue to serve this person and the following might explain why: At $200 per vehicle that is $3,000 per night or $21,000 per week or $1,052,000 per year. My wife had to call roadside assistance this morning for a jump through our insurance company. She drives a 06' Chevy Equinox and left her lights on for about an hour last night. The battery is concealed with the positive post clearly marked and you simply ground to any bolt on the body. You would think most tow drivers would know that, not mine! He tells my wife he can't find the battery, seriously! Then when he does figure it out he's going to jump it using a small handheld battery pack. After failing to start her car being here less than 10 minutes he tells her she needs a new battery and he would be glad to tow her, she politely declines, he leaves. I'm supposed to be at work early that's why she called them, we pay for the service why not use it? So I dig out my rusty jumper cables back up my 02'Silverado and jump her with no problem. After she drove to work it was fine the rest of the day. My problem is there was no effort to start the car, would rather tow for more dough$$ The driver had TOW LIFE tattooed on his forearm, you would think he would have basic automotive knowledge? I guess not, what a tool! If you get this guy beware he is either just plain lazy or trying to get over on you I feel. Not sure which since he left as soon as he saw me! read more

ZERO STARS!!! CUSTOMERS BEWARE! I wish yelp would let you give 0 stars because that is what this place deserves. Completely and utterly unprofessional behavior! I was referred here by my insurance company after a car accident. My ins company has been extremely courtesy but this place was a nightmare. I have never experienced customer service so poor. They cursed at and berated me when I showed for my appointment at the yard because they changed their minds on the appointment and refused me access to my own car! Told me to be there no later than 5:30 because they closed at 6. I arrived at 5:17 pm and was told they close at 5:00! Dear Premier Towing, Smile your on Candid Camera! The video of my interaction has been sent to the customer service department at my insurance company to make sure no one else had to deal with their ugly behavior and lies. My insurance company was willing to pay their towing fee TWICE just so they would pull the car outside the fence so I could collect my personal belongings. Their actions lost them the 2nd towing fee, my ins companies future business, and anyone else I can reach in the future. The accusations they made on the video and phone were 100% false. Little did they know my insurance adjuster was sitting silently on the phone with my husband while they cursed, yelled, and accused him of behavior that never happened.Then hung up on him! This towing company ILLEGALLY towed my FULLY registered vehicle from my apartment complex while I was on vacation. I called the police and was told that my vehicle was towed by Premier towing due to lack of registration. My mother gave them a call to straighten things out but the receptionist was rude to her and hung up on her. When I came back from vacation I went straight to the DMV to get a duplicate registration for my vehicle and verification of when it was registered. I went to the towing company with my proof and received the same fashion of verbal abuse as was given to my mother by the receptionist. She kept repeating that I was just going to have to pay the fee of $460 to get MY vehicle because it was out of her hands. I let her know that I did NOT intend to pay the fee and would be back in the morning to speak with whomever is in charge. This company's negligence cost me both time and money and their poor business practices should be investigated. read more
