"We can`t get out" We missed the Peak Selling Season and by extension, we lost unknown thousands of dollars! Great dealership!…read more What I liked: Everything about this place. We went to the Knoxville Boat Show to buy two PWC's. After looking at everything available we decided on Wave Runners. The guys at Tommy's booth were very knowledgeable and helpful. After signing the contract Tommy's continued being just as helpful and were great at communication. Tommy's doesn't do a hard sell or try and sell you things you won't need and happily answers any and all questions. When the impeller pulled something in, Tommy's was quick to set up a time to get service. They don't make promises they can't keep and certainly go beyond expectations. This is the kind of business and people we like to do business with and feel lucky we bought from them. Sara and Richard are great people. I can't remember the two or three other gentlemen we met but they deserve a thanks too. Tommy and Barbara delivered the Wave Runners and gave us a quick rundown about them.
