I advised I was pretty OCD and she let me know she would be here until the job is done, no hourly limit. Upon arrival we got a long very well, she was very professional. Even asked if her husband could give us a quote on painting. Which I still have yet to receive. On Monday morning, upon waking up to start my day and when looking at the kitchen walls I was disgusted. I then grabbed a sponge and started scrubbing. To my surprise, grease, gunk and all kinda of other things were coming off the wall. I called my husband very disappointed and he mentioned that I should not be cleaning areas of the house which we paid someone over $300 to do. After noticing all the things missed in the kitchen, i decided to walk the entire house for missed items that had not been cleaned and there were several - pics included. I then reached out to Myrna letting her know I was not completely satisfied with my service. She said she would come back to clean the items missed and set a time for 8am - and NEVER showed up. I've seen called and texted several times asking for a refund, since she now has decided not to come back and do the work properly and she is ignoring me. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and DO NOT recommend you give them your business! Until I get a response back from Myrna this review will stay as I am highly disappointed and even more upset about her lack of communication! Update - Just received 4 missed calls with no voicemail. The crew shows up within the window they provide and the quality of work has been wonderful. We never find anything left behind and when a single light went out they were to our home to replace it within a timely manner. But they more than made up for it by the end. The owner and another mover ended up coming and helping out to ensure we got done in the allotted time, and we ended up very happy with the services. Move-in cleaning - I arranged to have this done before I moved into my house so I wasn't present to make sure it went to plan. Despite not showing up until 11am Edward was very communicative and sent me photos once the cleaning was complete. I arrived a few days later to find there were whole cabinets that hadn't been cleaned, many corners where cobwebs hadn't been dusted, and several other items that led me to believe that the 'deep clean' that I had thoroughly outlined had not happened. Moving - I had already arranged to have Edward and crew move all my contents from the moving truck into the house so I decided to stick with it. They showed up about 30 minutes late but that was the only disappointment. From there they were extremely efficient moving everything professionally with dollys and tools need to get the job done. They put everything exactly where I told them to are were meticulous in organizing it in the house. Long story short, I'd hire them again for moving in a heartbeat. Cleaning I'd make sure I was present to ensure it was done to your satisfaction.
