The room itself had features I didn't expect (like a patio area where I was able to set up snacks/lunch) and the AV was incredibly easy to use. The customer service was also amazing! John helped me out from check in to when I left and made sure I had everything I needed and made sure my clients knew where to find the room I was in. He even sent me a follow up email with a scanned copy of the business cards I accidentally left on the podium in the room! OMG what a wonderful touch. The plants are so luscious, so fresh green. Kudos to whoever company is tending them. So many and so healthy. Memberships are expensive, so waiting for go back to an awesome future job in tech or similar so I can use the coworking space money there! We were looking for a quieter place to work because all the coffee shops around were busy and too much noise for a meeting. So, we found this location, Tailored Spaces. Danna welcomed us with a smile and then showed us around the co-working level. If you've ever visited WeWork downtown, then you will understand how cramped and hot it can be! I was really shocked at how open it was. The entire open desk floor was SO NICE, organized and spacious with great air flow. Everyone we passed seemed friendly, which helped create a great vibe. There were tons of offices available for rent, from small private rooms to larger rooms. The phone booths were way more comfortable and attractive than at WeWork! And the kitchen? Huge! Fully stocked with snacks, drinks, menus from local restaurants. I think my favorite part of the kitchen was that it had a nugget ice machine in the fridge! I loved the space so much that I came back the next Monday. There was a little more foot traffic but everybody was respectful about noise, especially during meetings. Danna couldn't have been sweeter or more helpful in making sure everyone had what they needed and even highlighted the nice perks that we didn't know about before. Also, I noticed there was a beautiful balloon arch around the Tailored Spaces sign at her desk and she mentioned she created it! Talented and friendly!! The kind of energy and vibe Danna brought to the space is something I think sets Tailored Spaces apart. I will for sure be back next time I am in the area needing a place to get work done. It's located in the industrial area of Kearny Mesa with plenty of free parking, so that's already a huge win. They have the entire second floor, and the space is bright, clean, and open with a nice chill feeling throughout. Danna gave me and my wife a quick tour, and she was super friendly! he tenants were speaking with Danna like she was a member of their team, you can tell Danna is just a friendly person. The desks, private offices, and phone booths were all good, plus perfect to get your work done or hop on a call. The pricing is approximately the same as WeWork, but honestly, the winning aspect for me was that this space felt open and was much cleaner. Also, free parking! Kudos to Danna: my wife loved the balloon arch at the front entrance, and come to find out Danna made the arch herself, and people were actually giving compliments about it when they walked in for their tours. I would definitely recommend Tailored Spaces if you need a good place to work. I will definitely be back.

We had to have our fridge, washer and dryer replaced. They should have replaced our sliding glass door because that barely worked as well. I think due to the number of problems we had, maintenance became irritated shortly after. Well, I can't really do anything about our washer/dryer suddenly not working or the fridge freezing everything in there. Oh, and when our washer was replaced shortly after moving in, maintenance forgot to hook up the hose. So guess what beautiful surprise we got after running a load? A magical pond towards the back of our apartment. In addition, our AC went out over the summer once, and it took months to finally discover the problem. During that time, we received electricity bills upward of $475 per month due to the condenser fan running with no AC coming out. We had no idea. A very bizarre experience that ended up getting fixed after the umpteenth person came and looked at it. Kudos to management for bringing HVAC specialists out. It just took forever to get fixed, and we lost tons of money that summer due to the issue. We also had plumbing and other problems pop up, and it got to the point where maintenance was so impertinent I had anxiety about bringing them into the apartment, so I asked my husband to fix things instead. Thankfully he was able to. On a positive note, the grounds are lovely, and you can't get everything you get here at other apartments unless you're paying a ton more. The rent prices are great. The front desk staff were always friendly and pretty responsive.
