Our job was, we had wood floors that were highly scratched and stained in many places. We also had carpet in the living room area that was terrible. We have been very happy with all the projects he has done: * Built a 120 ft beautiful block retaining wall with a metal railing that will probably last longer than our house * Tore out our lower deck and built a larger trek deck in its place, installed a metal railing, rebuilt the stair on the other side of the deck and reinstalled our hot tub! * Built a 20' x 18' attached, permitted shop * Turned an ugly storage room into a beautiful office * Built railroad tie stairway with a landing on both sides of our house and placed 10 huge rocks just where I wanted them. We picked several, gave her two phone numbers, & dimensions for our kitchen & she said that the person who deals with countertops would call us Monday. Monday rolled around & no call. We gave it a couple of days and nothing. So while returning samples we checked out, my husband told someone there (he thinks it's the owner) that we were waiting for quartz sample prices. She seemed to know that, said our info was on the person's desk. After a full week past when we were told we would be called, we called again, left a message, no response, called again & now got ahold of the person. He told us he was waiting for fabricators to get back to him. Never called back. So after 2 full weeks we don't have basic square foot pricing on countertop material. We have been to 2 other installers who have lists available when you walk into the store. It's ridiculous to not get this basic info to a customer or call them when you say you are going to. We won't be going back.

Once they have you as a customer they start killing you on the invoices. $1200 to extend a wire 40 feet and move a box and outlet. Charging to look at job. No details on invoices. Charging same rates for apprentices. Overcharging for materials. Almost every invoice I had to question and they barely adjusted the amounts in fact they increased some. They wasted over 6 months of my time trying to move a big project along with Pacific Power. Finally I switched back to my old Electricians. I will Never work with these guys again and I suggest you watch out too!
