I NEVER encountered anything found in previous reviews. It took me way too many years to make the decision to sell our family home which was in need of more TLC than I could muster, and I also did not want anyone to see the state of disrepair. Then I met Linda Andrew. She was reassuring, and guided me gently through the process of selling my home. I put myself and my trust (which is not easily given) in her hands and in a shorter time than I ever would have imagined, my house was on the market, and then sold. JEFF HORNAUER, KIRSTEN BROCKMILLER, SUSAN O'HARA I have worked with three of the agents that are currently with Premier. I have nothing but good things to say! I have worked with some bad Realtors that didn't listen and tried to steer me towards what they wanted me to buy, these three didn't do that. They listen and were willing to show me as many homes as it took to find what I was looking for. In all three instances I was the buyer so I cannot speak to selling agents at premier, but these three are EXCELLENT buying agents. They are prompt to return calls and emails and really fight for their client's best interests. I worked with Jeff Hornauer first in 2004, and again in 2007. I worked with Kirsten Brockmiller in 2007, as Jeff was on vacation during our part of our search so we ended up getting two amazing realators! I worked with Susan O'Hara in 2013. I dealt with a Michelle Saward and I think that she was incredibly snooty and very hard to get ahold of! I thought that she was extremely unprofessional and was more worried about how much money I had than answering the questions that I asked! I am extremely disappointed in her! read more

My fiance and I are currently looking for new place to rent, I found an ad for a house to rent, 1 pic of the outside front only, (should have been a red flag to begin with!) we dealt with one Susan O'Hara, went to go and look at the house, was dirty, garbage all over the back yard, rodent droppings in the kitchen cabinets (which she PROMISED to call an exterminator, and apologized profusely), steam heating system (which neither of us care for), broken doors, needed painting and cleaning, which the responsibility of painting would have fallen on us. And no off-street parking. Need I go on? The rent was $950, she "toiled" to reduce the rent by $50, and "moved heaven and earth to get us approved" and renegotiate the price, but we would have to sign a 2 year lease. Let me also add that she gave us the hard sell from the get-go. Today we were supposed to sign the lease, hand over the deposit and go from there, ( which we wouldn't have been refunded), something didn't sit right with me with this house. I told my fiance, whom originally said no on it in the 1st place, but then she came back at us with the "approval". So as I said before,I told her this morning that we were going to pass, and her response texts were horribly scolding, guilt-ridden, and condescending, and said that she won't help us in the future, either! Now mind you, before I told her we wanted to pass, she was sweet as pie, nice as could be, lamenting on how much she liked the 2 of us, etc. That all changed as soon as we changed our minds. Steer clear of this agent, if not Premiere Realty altogether. The only reason why I gave one star is because I couldn't give one quarter star read more
