Basically saying I wasn't going to get the sq feet cleaning paid for through Groupon. Contacted Groupon and they stated that businesses are well aware of what they get and it's their choice to be on Groupon to offer discount services. Scheduled service and they didn't show after 20 minutes of waiting I called and was told they had flat tire and out of their control. I told them they could reschedule for next day as I had no time to wait on them. The owner or whomever said that would be great and that they would be out the next day at 230. On this next day they once again did not show. I called and was told he would need to call me back as they were busy and needed to figure it out. I told them to just cancel everything as I was not rescheduling/waiting again. Poor customer service all around can't even call to say the are late or have a "flat tire".
