Premium Painters recently did a project in my home that consisted of painting ceilings and walls of the main areas, replacing all the baseboards, painting my kitchen cabinets and my indoor shutter. Dennis Jones was the salesman. He was honest and always available throughout the process. The crew arrived at 7:45 am and worked until around 4 p.m. This took place starting the Tuesday before Memorial weekend. With our permission, they worked Saturday and Memorial Day. By Tuesday the entire job was complete. Everyone that worked on the project was polite and recognized that this was our home and wanted the job to be successful. They asked us when any question came up and made suggestions. For all the painting that was done, they were very neat. Didn't leave any mess. When we did call Dennis with a few punch list items, he sent someone out the next day. All the paint finishes are beautiful, especially my kitchen cabinets. DO NOT USE! They cannot follow simple instructions/requests. I asked for a COI 4 times and they never gave it to me. Regina (estimator) took my deposit and it was cashed 2 days later. Every time I called or asked, they asked me for my email (which I provided 4 times). Don't give them a penny and don't trust that they will do what they say. read more

Dave Rizzo the owner contacts me almost 5 months after his crew left the job unfinished (November 2022) and threatens to sue me for non- payment even though he admits that his crew didn't perform at least 25% of the stucco work per nor any of the drywall work per the estimate. Also Premium Painters violated Florida Statutes Section 489.126 by taking our down payment and not completing the work. I had to purchase concrete and patch myself. Rizzo also brags that he has deep pockets and makes one million a month; he loves to bully people into paying for incomplete and shoddy workmanship. Stay away from this guy and his ill-run company. read more

I used Premium Painters twice in the last 5 to 6 years and each time was very happy with their price and initial work. Unfortunately each time their sales reps call for addition business I note that some areas of our exterior walls need more paint to cover bear spots. One rep came to my home and took pictures and indicated it was under warranty. No one came to repaint. This year another sales rep called and I noted the problem again about the bear spots.
