A few weeks ago a friend of our recommended a specific realtor named David, Dave, Sanchez. He spoke so highly of him that we decided to call him regardless or the bad reviews for the company he works for. Juan (husband) and i have been looking into buying a house. As first-time home owners we had a lot of questions and were very cautious and weary about beginning this process. We set up a meeting with Dave and a broker he works with name Julian. The meeting was in a Saturday and we had a lot of questions. All in all we stayed with Dave and Julian a total of five hours going over the process of beginning to look for a home and buying one. We felt like we had great rapport with this duo and decided to look into getting pre-approved. From the get-go, Juan and I were very blunt about working with someone who is also blunt, honest and real. Both Dave and Julian proved to be brutally honest, but while also discussing our concerns and going over every detail more than once. We highly appreciated this and decided to continue working with them. We have met with Dave approximately four times since then to view houses. We have met with Julian twice. All of these services have been provided for free, with the verbal agreement of being loyal to them. Moreover, I have to emphasize that Dave has been available to speak and text us back daily. He has other clients and has been open of honest about his time and availability, but has always made time for us. He never takes more than a couple of minutes on getting back to us and we are ever so thankful. Currently, we are in the process of seeing houses and making offers. Dave has been very patient with us, explaining everything and anything. It also helps that he is bilingual and will speak in "Spanglish" with us as needed. Needless to say, Juan and I cannot speak for other employees within the company, but Dave, we highly recommend as he is humble, knowledgable and love what he does. read more

Rented a townhouse through Geanette Viana and Juan Cotto Vazquez in Orlando. Worse experience ever. They had assured us that the townhouse would have been cleaned and repaired prior to our move in date. It was not and then to get the agreed repairs completed we had to go and get their boss involved at the main office. Geanette has the worst customer service attitude ever. Later during the lease I once again had to report her to her boss following a series of threatening emails that she sent me. We weren't tenants who complained often and rent was on auto pay so things should have simple. However anything that needed to be repaired they sent non licensed people who didn't speak any english over so the repairs were shoddy and never stood up. Run... run... run trust me it's not worth the aggravation of dealing with this team read more

Ask for Meshell, she is the best. She found properties in areas I didn't even think of. I would never have thought to look in the area where I finally purchased my home. Meshell was on top of every seller's realtor. Asking questions I didn't think to ask. Meshell got me in to view properties that weren't showing yet. She also asked critical questions about some properties that I looked at, but didn't love. Making sure I didn't "settle" for something I didn't love. The Orlando market is tough. Multiple offers over asking on almost every home we looked at. Meshell pushed realtors, lenders, and associations to make this purchase happen. If you want to make it happen, call Meshell. If there is ever a next time for me, I certainly will. read more

I wish I could give this sorry excuse of a property management company a 0. Do not rent a house from them. They do not manage anything and at the end will try to take whatever part of the deposit they can. They let the owners of the house do whatever they want. And I understand the owner making the calls on how repairs are to be completed. However, it doesn't mean they know what they are doing. Example 1: The AC went out. It wouldn't go under 82 degrees. Owner comes out, inspects it, says there is nothing wrong, and leaves. Call back to Premium Properties, explain the situation, they send the owner back. This time he admits something is wrong but wants to fix it himself. He orders the part online and it takes another 2 days. Apparently this is acceptable for Premium Properties. Example 2: We notice that the hot water lasts less than 2 minutes. Most people would replace the element. Owner comes out, tells my wife nothing is wrong and that she uses too much water. Have him come out a second time, he decides to set the water heater at hottest setting possible to correct the issue. Unfortunately I'm at work when this happens. I call Prestige Properties to tell them what he did and that I wanted a professional out there. They act concerned and agree but send the owner out again. The fourth time he came out, he finally purchased a new element and replaced it. Example 3: Pool issues... First off when we signed the agreement it came with pool service. They did not mention the owner would be coming by every week to clean the pool. He's not a pool cleaning/maintenance professional. For the majority of the summer the pool was green and you could not see the bottom. Made several complaints and it never changed. He would literally spend 2 hours each time he was cleaning, and did nothing but smoke cigarettes and toss them around the backyard. I finally got them to agree to let me take care of the pool yet the price never dropped. The other pool issue is that he had a leak coming from the PVC pipe near the pump. His fix, caulk... again I complained several times and nothing. It leaked for a year. I refused to fix it on principal alone, but I spent a lot more money on filling it. I'm assuming it still leaking. They knew this specific landlord was a pain in the ass yet they did nothing. It got to the point where there was an electrical issue, and I called an electrician. I bypassed prestige Properties. I didn't want this guy coming out and burning down the house. Now it comes to moving. We bought a house and got out. We paid for professionals to clean the carpets and a maid service for the house. Contract said we had to fill holes in the walls. Nothing about painting. I fill the holes and get $300 taken out of the deposit for touch up paint. I should point out that when we moved in, there was bare drywall in places and touch up paint that didn't match sporadically all move the place. The interior of the house had not been painted in years before we moved in. A quart of paint and 30 minutes apparently cost $300. And you know the owner did it himself. He won't pay for anyone to come out. There are more horror stories but I'm not going to waste anymore time. STAY AWAY FROM PRESTIGE PROPERTIES!!!! The staff is useless and will not help you. They will take your deposit and laugh all the way to the bank. read more

We will never use this company in any capacity again. I can share privately our experience but suffice to say it was very poor. We have been model tenants and never late on rent. My family would be homeless in the next 26 days if it weren't for family friends. I suggest you find any other option than rent or buy through Rick Sletton. Update* Spoke to management and found them to be very supportive. Heard our complaints regarding their property manager's behavior. If this is a one bad apple situation fine but hope they weed him out. I'm much happier about walking away from the place we had knowing maybe someone else won't have to deal with Rick Sletton. If I could place a negative star I would ! Just finished my two year lease with PPM, witch to say was one year to long ! I don't know how to start this but please take photos of what ever property you rent from these jokers. If any problems occurs during the lease, save and document all repairs ..... Why ?? PPM will stick you with a lose on your security deposit. Now stuck in small claims court to retrieve the rest of my deposit. In the future I will always read reviews before using any company. Premium Properties contacted me about selling my home. They got my information from online; I used a site to determine my home's value. Upon hiring them as a listing agent, I never received copies of documents signed. The realtor made abrupt comments while in my home. I was deceived into signing a contract within 24 hours, I had to request twice for an addendum to remove $1k towards repairs; which I still haven't received a copy.I was told more than once the realtor was too busy to return my calls. I was never informed about the "transaction fee",which I've never had to pay with other real estate companies. This has been a devastating experience for me the seller of my home. I find the realtor who listed my home to be rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! read more

We dealt with agent Rick Sletten, and while we weren't chosen for the home we were interested in, the review I'm leaving echos that of the rest. Rick disappeared during a scheduled showing, arriving late and not informing us that he was showing the previews appointment a different property. He should have informed us that he was going to be late. He showed up nearly 10 minutes late, and after viewing the property encouraged us to apply. He knew our situation well before hand and assured us it wouldn't be a problem. Took our cash and left us high and dry. We received a call stating our applications have been denied because of our situation. The same one he told us wouldn't be a problem. We have a clean history of being incredible tennants and have letters of recommendation from everyone we have ever rented from. Rick will take your money knowing full well ahead of time weather or not you will be eligible for a home. Heed the warnings and never do business with man or Premium. read more

I thought the other reviews must have just been angry, or had an off day. Nope...my turn. The office never answer the phone, always happy to throw you to a voicemail box of an agent who is out of office. After a few days of constant calls we managed to get a viewing on a property in Davenport. I had three calls over two days from the agent, one to check what day we had arranged, another at 6:50am to check I was up and going to be there at 8am. We turn up on time, with the agent who walks to the front door and realizes nobody has told her how to get the key out of the lockbox. It is too early to call the office as obviously nobody answers the phone at 8:20am. We leave. The overall incompetency of this company is astounding. One job, let us into a house. Mission failed. I can't even imagine having these guys as property managers. read more

A month has gone by and no communication from Premium Properties... guess some one with history trespass and suing insurance companies can enter your home anytime if you elect a lock box or Premium. I made error of giving name of an agent under Premium to a friend relocating to Florida. Never guessed Premium Property agent had interesting record of trespassing arrest, frivolous lawsuits (pro-se or self representing) IRS liens and dismissed bankruptcy filings other dubious activities. Agent even got another coworker, Beth, to pass as the Premium Properties broker of record in Lake Mary office and so that says about the firm. Agent may have violated up to 6 of Codes of ethics. So all I can do is recommend you do a background check on any agent you hire or anyone you intend to represent you. It seems brokers do not. Beware agents will have access to your personal and property information. "Real estate professionals have have knowledge you do not and only a code of ethics to keep them honest. Remember you are the paying their commissions and no fiduciary obligation will prevent most from seeking their interests over yours. Do not trust what they appear to be. In the end, civill lawsuits against the agent and broker can be costly and emotionally draining. read more

DO NOT USE Premium properties to manage your home!!! They will not protect the owner from tenant damages that are covered by their contract. They will not use security deposits from tenants and charge damages to owner. I have used Century 21 and Remax also not a 5 star but 100x better than my experiences with Premium read more

*update After 6 days with no air 3 technicians and a whole lot of in between calls the unit was replaced and management was very apologetic. Due the maintenance manager called me and updated me periodically once she found a company to work and fix the system before the holiday weekend. Well...FINALLY I have ended my lease with this company! NEVER AGAIN! Geannette Viana, Juan Cotto Vazquez and k.bakker (VP) have the absolutely WORST customer service I have seen in a long while. When I first moved in, no walk through obviously done by Premium Properties! I (and my visiting family to help me move) spent 3 solid hours just cleaning the place! previous renters - 7 years - no new paint, carpets were DISGUSTING and obviously not clean - complete with animal hair and animal toys still on the ledges in the house. Fridge filters were expired, shower doors LITERALLY hanging off and kitchen faucet not working. After MULTIPLE calls - finally a handyman came out and couldn't believe how rough shape the house was in. Replaced the kitchen faucet, and tried to fix the shower doors best he could. They broke again in the following week. Then the AC went out. Sent a company out - "fixed it" and then it went out again. Geannette almost made it seem like it was MY FAULT??? The repair man came again and said it was something he missed - and fixed it. I'm in a customer service industry and I've never been talked to or treated like this company has treated me. VERY unprofessional. Then to top it off - I didn't take the autopay off in time for the next month - they deducted the rent EVEN THOUGH THE LEASE HAD EXPIRED!!! $112.50 for NSF charges deducted from my damage deposit. When I asked for the money back since the lease had expired, Geannette says: "Mrs Ambrose!! WE Do not withdrawal money from your bank!!!. It was you mistake you need to pay for it. Why does Premium Rental Management needs to pay for your mistake? You should have make the cancellation after June's rent, you already knew it was your last month rent. As per some of your emails you were not living in the property either. Of course you are never satisfy with the way we treated you, because you want for us to change the policy and lease agreement to better serve you. Unfortunately, that can not be done. But I am 100% sure all your questions and service call were answered and we have record of every single one of them. We will Not send a check with that payment." How's that for customer service - this is just one of many emails....UNREAL - stay away from this company. read more

I am honestly so upset that I did not check out the reviews before I rented with this company. It has been an absolute disaster working with them. From the first week I moved it till 6 months later. Any time I need a service request the blame me for the reason something isn't working. I needed service since the first week I moved in Supposedly the cleaned the house and painted the walls before I moved in and that was a huge lie. I work for a property management. I know what clean carpet and painted walls look like. The carpet smelt of animal pee and the walls were patched over. I had to clean this house entirely because it was not ok. They came out and "serviced" my dishwasher about three times and keep telling me nothing is wrong with it. 6 months later. Its still leaking and I HAVENT EVEN USED IT!! Let's not forget also that I had to clean old rotten food and water from the dishwasher after moving in because it was not cleaned before I moved in. They have horrible disgusting customer service, they are all condensing and sarcastic. I can go on and on about things that they have done to me. All I am saying is to never rent with them!!!!! Run away. If you are an owner do not use them to help rent out your property. I wish I can give them 0 stars. Then she gave me the other applicant's consent form. Very unprofessional. Then after 3 days & our $130 "application fees" we were told that another applicant was chosen. I was a good tenant, yet when it came time to return my $1,800.00 deposit back all I got was one headache after another. I called time and time and time agian asking where my deposit refund check was? All I got was excuse after excuse on how they had no control over the deposit. I moved into a dirty house, fridge stopped working day 1 and wasn't fixed for two days so i stayed at hotel, did they care, nope! We had a rat infestation and no one cared. I spent 2 days making sure the place was professionally cleaned and provided receipts and yet the took my whole $1350 deposit and claimed I OWED THEM $12! Crazy! They charged me for new mulch, paint, new flooring, granite, and a tree that was cut down and removed! I would advise anyone to not rent from this company as a tenant. We rented a house when we first moved to Florida from Texas and got a property out in Poinciana. The process and everything to rent was easy but not even a full year through our contract we had to move out because the owner of the home was taking rent but not paying the bank and we were force evicted by the bank and sheriffs department for a repo of the home and the company did not protect us or even offer our deposit back but instead fined us for breach of contract when we weren't even at fault for the having to move. On top of that they had apparently known about the early force eviction by word from the bank but decided not to tell us in advance and we had to find out from the sheriffs department when he delivered the notice to us and like 8 other homes that was being rented out through this property owned by the same investor and only gave us a weekend to move! This place is horrible management. Let alone that we first started the contract to rent this house before our wedding day and the day before our wedding my husband got a late night "booty" call from one of the Realtor we had previously been working with to sign the lease and the man had called my husband at 3 am in the morning drunk and calling him his "sex slave", it is very unprofessional and not what a groom wants to hear from strange man the night before his wedding day! I also rented a townhouse through Geanette Viana and Juan Cotto Vazquez in Orlando. I wish I had seen these reviews before signing this lease. First, the house was turned over to us with missing blinds and damaged towel racks that we requested work orders for, which were ignored. There was also a significant fire ant infestation in the house which we had to clear out on our own. The A/C unit broke twice, over a two year lease and the managers took their time (1-2 weeks) in sending people to repair, meanwhile, it was 90+ degrees here in Florida. After our first year was up, the records of all of our work orders were deleted so that when we moved out, there was no record of our work orders reported when we moved in. These greedy property managers charged us $150 for a couple of broken blinds and a cheap plastic towel rack which were both broken when we moved in, and added insult to injury telling us that they would never sign over a house in such a condition as it would not be professional to do so. If you see these names on your lease run away as fast as you can. They will provide unacceptable service for repairs and attempt to surcharge you for various services while you are trapped in their lease. I would say this has been the worst rental and property management experience I have ever had, by far. read more

I used them to purchase a home. The realtor did show us a number of places and was very responsive to whatever we suggested. However, we were the ones telling her what to do. Had we not done that, it likely would not have been done. We were the ones who found the house (it was not on her list to show) and we were the ones who insisted on requesting various points of negotiation. They also use junk fees that other realtors don't use. When all was said and done and they collected their huge commission fee, there was not even a thank you note for us selecting them. I would highly recommend you do NOT rent any place from this company. My boyfriend and I rented a house from them. When we moved in, the place was FILTHY. Being happy that we finally found a nice home, my boyfriend and I just cleaned everything ourselves without complaining. When we moved out, we made sure the place was spotless and did all the required yard work and steps on the move-out list they had provided. One of he agents did a final inspection and I called the finance office where they told me that my $1,300 deposit would be returned. After a month, I still hasn't received it and I called the office where they told me the reason why I didn't receive my deposit, even though they lied and said I would originally, was because "the carpets were not cleaned". The house we rented had absolutely no carpets. It was all hardwood floors. They then continued to lie and say that we never did any yard work, when my boyfriend and I had people come and professionally do it and my boyfriend also did weekly maintenance. These people are liars and thieves. All of this done with an attitude from them of course, too. Also, when you give them the notice that you're moving out, you will be harassed multiple times on a daily basis from agents to show the property. MULTIPLE times a day. I rented a property through this company for two years. Throughout that two years, the staff were courtesy and helpful. I considered myself a good tenant, rent was always paid on time. My lease was set to expire 7/31/15. June 11th I received a call asking if I was planning on renewing my lease. I said yes and signed the document stating I would be renewing the lease. On 4th of July (a holiday weekend) I get a notice posted to my door that my lease would not be renewed and I must vacate the property as of 7/31/15. When the office opened the following Monday, I called and was told by a VERY RUDE leasing manager (that I had never previously dealt with) that the owner decided not to renew the lease and I had to be out by 7/31/15. So between 6/11/15 and 7/4/15, something had changed. Here is my issue, they picked up the phone to contact me to find out if I was going to renew, but when they decided they didn't want to renew, instead of picking up the phone again, they taped a notice to my front door. To make it even worse, they didn't even attempt to knock, because I was home and found the notice when I went out later that day. I believe that for any company that deals with the public, customer service should be a priority. Treating people with common courtesy and respect will not only bring repeat business, but will also create referral business. It has been made obvious to me, that this company places very little value on customer service. I will never use or recommend this company. The rental and moving process is stressful enough, but then to have to deal with rude, uncompassionate people on top of it, makes a difficult situation even more worse. read more

While in the midst of our packing, we had a realtor with some clients come knocking on our door. They were informed that the home was vacant and were told to come by by Rick Sletten. We never gave our notice that we were out of the home as we still had almost a whole week before our time was up. Do NOT rent from this company - they will deduct ridiculous amounts of fees from your security deposit with zero proof, but taking legal action against them will cost more than the original security deposit. My boyfriend and his roommates rented a three bedroom townhome through this company and the original state of the house was laughable - the floors were in horrible condition, there was mold in one corner of the living room (which the property management team "fixed" by painting over), and they actually found a slice of pizza in the ice maker! After notifying the management office that we would be terminating our lease at the end of the current terms, they gave us a list of items that would need to be fulfilled to ensure that our security deposit was refunded in its entirety and that the management office would be contacting us to perform a walk through of the home before the move out date. This list included getting the carpets professionally cleaned (which you MUST provide an invoice for), cleaning of all rooms, and patching and painting over any holes that were not there before move in, and replacing any blown lightbulbs. My boyfriend and I spent a lot of time cleaning the entire place so that we would be able to get a full refund of the security deposit. He and I both took time off of work just to make sure it was absolutely spotless. We defrosted the fridge, took out all of the shelves and hand washed them, scrubbed the oven and stovetop, scrubbed the bathrooms and tile floors, hired Stanley Steemer to deep clean all carpeted areas (which wound up costing about $260), pressure washed the small patio, replaced all nonworking light bulbs, and patched/repainted any holes in the walls . We had literally only hung up a flat screen TV in the living room, so that hole was of course patched and repainted. There was no excessive wear and tear on the townhome, and it was in an exponentially better condition than when we arrived. Not once did the management office contact us about doing a walk through of the townhome...until the LAST DAY of our lease! And via email no less - no phone call and no other attempt at setting up a time for the walk through. Now, on to the security deposit debacle. We were not given our security deposit refund until 59 days after the end of lease. In the state of Florida, they are supposed to send you your refund within 60 days. It was tacky and extremely obvious by the list of deductions provided in the certified letter we received that it was a copy and paste template designed to simply get the job done before the deadline. The original security deposit was $1600. They took out $200 for "cleaning fees". We requested an explanation and itemized deduction of these cleaning fees, which we never got. Then they took out an additional $300 for paint touch ups. $300 for painting??? There was literally no wall on that house that needed to be repainted to the tune of $300 - all of the areas we patched up were repainted already! All of the walls remained the same color that they were upon move in. Then they deducted an additional $75 to have the small patio pressure washed - another thing that we had already done. Unfortunately, we did not take pictures before we turned the keys in, which was a mistake I will never make again. The legal fees of fighting this in small claims will definitely outweigh what we would potentially get back on the security deposit. My advice is to stay FAR AWAY from this company. Do NOT trust them. Do not rent, buy, lease, or do any type of business with them. They are unprofessional, sorely lacking in communication skills, and do not care about the integrity of their reputation. If I could have given them negative stars, I would! read more

Don't regret making the mistake we did. Like everyone else we didn't check the reviews. Our AC went out on 7 different occasions before it was properly fixed for a total of 23 days without AC. Believe it or not, their staff said "legally we have up to 7 days to fix it after your request". Unreal. We have a 8 month old...finally a mold inspector was sent out after several requests that our son was constantly sick. Low and behold the ducts have never been cleaned once in who knows how many years they have been in place. Additionally there were holes in the DX unit causing garage fumes to move throughout the ducts unfiltered into our house. He told us we should not be living in these conditions with a child and would immediately report our ducts to be cleaned and potentially replaced immediately. That was 4 Weeks ago we have left voicemails almost on a daily basis. They tell us "we can't get a hold of the owner" and I'm sorry that is not an excuse for letting us suffer they consequences. 0 is my rating. This company is one of the most dishonest untrustworthy companies I have ever had the experience of having to deal with. They rented a sub-standard half of a double house to my son and his family 4 years ago. The place was trashed when they moved into it. My daughter-in-law cleaned night and day and my son made improvements to make it livable. Screens were torn so they could not open windows, the patio door was broken and could not be opened without lifting and had a non-functioning lock. There was construction trash in the yard that Waste Management would not remove because the contractors had not cut it to length and had left nails in it. My son had to pay to have it hauled at his expense. They went without a kitchen for 2 weeks while it was being upgraded. They went without air conditioning in the middle of the summer in almost 100 degree weather. The company put in a portable AC unit for 2 weeks. My son and his wife and children had to sleep in the living room for those 2 weeks so they did not suffer heat stroke during the night. The paint in the apartment was hideous when they moved in (brown, green and orange). They had to buy a washer because the washer that was supposed to be furnished with the apartment was not fixable. Now this company refuses to return the deposit because of all of these things that were wrong when it was rented. Rotten, lousy, business! would not recommend renting a dog house from these people. Oh, forgot about the electrical problem that the fire department had to come for. Fire dept told my son there is no way a licensed electrician wired the breaker box. It was a fire hazard!!! Worst Property Management company EVER!! Would not respond to emergency calls. After hunting down an after hours emergency number, the guy's response when answering was that he wished nobody had that number and to call back during business hours. The kitchen had flooded with raw sewage in the walls and the kitchen had to be completely remodeled while we were living there. No reimbursement for troubles or living without a kitchen for 2 months!! Then they had the audacity to add bogus charges to us for "damages" to the property that we did not cause. If there were no stars that is what I would rate this company. First I would love to say Rick Sletton is a snake. Not sure how he is still there. I would like to say upon my yearly renewal he made my husband, and I feel like crap in our home. He made us feel like just tenants and made us feel like we were never home. When he left we said this is the last year we are renting. He was very arrogant and rude. That is why I did not want to rent anymore, and purchased a home. The staff is a revolving door with new employees all the time. So here is my experience. We have rented with Premium for 4 years. My husband and I were great tenants never bothered regarding repairs, and always paid on time. I to thought I was renting from a respectable company not to mention I am in the Property Management business myself so I did not think I would have any issues upon moving out. My husband and I rented before in Connecticut, and never had issues and always got our security back. From the moment I gave my notice I had realtors pretty much harassing me to show the place. I wasted a whole Saturday with couples coming in and out that were not even qualified. Then to find out it had not been rented, and be bothered again the following week. Then before moving out I wanted to do a walk through just because I wanted my security back in full, and wanted to address some issues that I knew would be a concern. I had a stove that the handle fell off from being rusted and old, the oven that no longer worked, and I reported it before left and told them to please not worry about fixing it because we were moving out and were not using the stove much. So I was told the owner was going to replace all the appliances. So I thought we were good. I was told that I could not get the walk through because it was not company policy, and for me to take pictures and if there were any issues I would be notified. For me to clean the home and carpets that was it. So I did. I hired a cleaning, and carpet company to clean the home so I could get my security back. So you can imagine what happened next. They took out $575.00 from my security for cleaning, and carpets. According to them it was not to their satisfactory. I went back and looked at my lease and I was unaware that the garage and AC vents needed to be cleaned so I choose to eat the $275.00 for the cleaning, but wanted my money for cleaning the carpets back. I was told to file a dispute with 15 days. So during all of this I filed two disputes, and notified the broker. Only to get the run-around and that he would look into this. So I asked for the move out report, and nothing was mentioned on the carpets, they mentioned the broken stove like we broke it, etc. The worst is I handed receipts, and have proof that these items were done with pictures. It doesn't matter it is there word against yours. I am now fighting this for almost three months sending certified letters wasting my time and money. With a response that my money was sent to the owner when there is a dispute on the security deposit. Then received an email that the money was paid to the vendors. Which one was it the OWNER or the VENDOR? What a run around I have received. During this nightmare trying to retrieve my money. I would never recommend this company ever. Beware is all I can say. You think everything is good until you move out, and hear the same stories of people fighting for their security like me. Hello Jennifer I wanted to thank you again for the great service I got from you and Premium Properties. I am so far in the last century and have never sold any property. To say the least I was nervous. Your professionalism and confidence really put me at ease. I signed a year contract with you. You went through the contract a couple of times till you were sure that I understood it. You knew I had no computer and was not tech Savvy at all. But your professionalism and confidence about selling this property put me at ease. I was amazed at how fast you had put the property online had the for sale signs out on the property on both sides as it was a corner piece and had mailed out postcards. Then you went around the neighborhood to take pictures not only of my property but of things that people could do in the neighborhood like the community center the children's Ballpark and different activities. This was stuff I wouldn't have even thought of. You called me in 9 days and told me it had sold. To say I was amazed is an understatement. The signing went very smoothly. They went over everything again and made sure both sides were in agreement and on the same page. It was really a breeze for everyone I thank you for your courtesy as I had a lot of questions which you answered every one if you weren't sure you were not afraid to research it and got back to me promptly. I would highly recommend you and your company for anyone that is looking to buy or sell. If I had to rate you on a scale of 1 to 10 you would be a 15.
