I have had to ask twice for an estimation that didn't make any sense at all (just copy/past from a previous case) and they charge me big time for it. I never heard from the paralegal other than apologizing for not reaching out to me. I am six weeks further with this very simple case, and there has nothing achieved other than that I had to spend a shit-load of money on this case. I am done with them and terminated their services.
