Update from my previous review. I don't know what happened but they have become unresponsive and I have been forced to find another service provider.
Over the winter, I called the office every 3-4 weeks to schedule service. Each time I was greeted with "absolutely, when he gets in, I have him call you." To which, he never called me back. To bad, I prefer to support local companies. That said, I needed propane and they didn't want the work bad enough to ever call me back. I moved on, maybe you'll do better or maybe they got whatever issues settled. I wish them the best, but I need a dependable provider. read more
