The concept of being a scientist and creating your own perfect bubble tea blew my mind! When we got here we waited in line for about 10 minutes as the place was really packed. When you get in there's a poster that tells you what items you need to make either a milk tea fruit tea slush or smoothie. You then get a tray and choose the items. They had quite a few flavours to choose from and different sweetener and sweetener strengths as well. I end up going for a milk tea base with coconut and winter melon. The last station is the milk and boba station they have dairy and none dairy options which is great. Once at the cash you give them your choices and they go ahead and make your drink. They also have macaroons from daan go based out of Toronto which happen to be my favourite. Sadly there was only 6 flavours available when I went but I still had to get one! All in all this is a fun experience to have it's not the best bible tea I've had but it was cool to play scientist!

The staff was patient and smiled throughout the several back and forth, and that took any sting off having to take the teas back repeatedly. I wouldn't complain about the pearly, semi-opaque cup, either. Yoshiko made the best use of the overripe pineapples and braised to add natural sweetness and help preserve them. She whisked up a big jar of thirst-quenching and heat-clearing pineapple water every day and became the healthy drink of the husband! The granddaughter perpetuated this tradition and now available in the South Shore.
