On the installation date we notified him that the number was incorrect and OJ said he would correct it shortly. It has now been 18 months and the sign in front of my business is still wrong and has never been corrected. We left messages on Oct 3rd 2013, Nov 5th 2013, Nov 13th 2013, Apr 4th 2014, Apr 28th 2014, May 28th 2014, spoke directly to him on June 6th 2014 (called from a different number and I think that is why he answered), July 19th 2014, Sept 29 2014 and again today 1-21-15. I would NEVER RECOMMEND a business that provides this type of AWFUL SERVICE. Terrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
