Nicole was frustrated with me but I wanted it to be done right! She became rude and actually blamed me for the screw-ups by not taking her suggestions. I wanted it done the way I wanted it. I'm sure this was a bad experience for me AND her but how she handled it was far less than professional! Advice... if you choose this company, deal with her husband, Mike, only! While there are a few minor things we're not totally happy with (mostly cosmetic things we now need to figure out how to fix on our own: glass shower door that doesn't open and close smoothly; a couple of loose floor boards; loose knobs on new laundry doors; small holes in wall where stair railing was replaced; grout splattered on walls and bathroom door; wobbly ceiling fan), we will likely hire them again for future needs.
