I made a service request and Trinity and another highly-rated company responded very quickly, but the other company could not guarantee same-day service. Both had reasonable quotes. Trinity was VERY communicative, updating me on Tyler's expected arrival time. Tyler arrived about 2 hours after I made the service request. As it turned out, it wasn't just the spring that was broken. The shaft and bearings were in need of replacement also. Tyler showed me all of the damage and was very friendly, professional and courteous. It took him about an hour to make the repairs. The technician came at the scheduled time and called me prior to showing up to let me know he was on his way. Robert, the technician who was awesome, he was very polite and professional. He did a thorough inspection and promptly determined the problem. The inspection did reveal some other issues that he pointed out to me that really needed attention. He gave me a detailed estimate to do the additional work if I so chose. We authorized him to do the work. During the course of the repairs he noted that the cables were worn.
