I use Prestige at least once a week in Saskatoon (for commercial use). I can rely on him to to handle all my locksmith needs. He is timely in his responses, has great customer service and is perfect to deal with. I like that he can figure out what I need, even when I give him fairly vague, second hand information. Would not recommend this company ever! Mario arrived 1.5 hours later, and then installed the wrong product (he installed a new lock, when I just needed the same keys). When I approached him to solve this, his solution was to give me a discount for fixing it. He did not ask me questions as to what I needed, and instead of being a professional his communication style was aggressive, and rude. He then indicated he would provide a full refund, but did not do so. He said the owners would have to approve it, he lied as he is the owner.
