Prestige Nursing cared for my disabled mum, throughout the 15 years they were working with us, they expressed extreme control over us, dictating our business within our own house, multiple carers were also abusive or even violent towards us, Katie who used multiple curse words when I was young and stormed out, making my mum cry, Louise who stole £20 out of my mum's purse with clear evidence and prestige didn't even suspend her, Salian who threw a milk bottle directly at me, nearly striking me, she also got angry randomly and Ruth who let me run out into the road when I was like 6 and also assaulted me out of rage after. Although we had some bad ones, most carers were great and appreciated, the carers oftently mentioned the Head Office fiddling around with their hours and pay, not caring about their lives outside work . So then in our 15th year with them, they randomly terminated care and only gave 2 weeks notice when we paid monthly, the official reason was some bs Conflict Of Interest, but in reality they did it because they were mad about my social worker looking into care companies for me didn't want us working with other ones for some reason, I would like to note I have autism and spent most of the time with them when I was a kid. I can't and won't stop you from getting care from them, but I do not recommend it for your own safety, trust me, it's like being in a prison. read more
