Mom got a text that the next application was in five days. She called to cancel and was told the cancellation fee was $150.00 because she had signed a contract. The charge was posted immediately. I called to ask what kind of person and company talks an 85 year old lady into a five application plan when they are moving and the house is going on the market? I also asked what kind of chemicals were used and if they had a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for it because it was strong and overkill. I was told they were unsure what chemical was used and that I would have to be transferred to the accounting department for the cancellation charge. I was too mad and hung up. A contract is a contract and mom will pay but please do not use this company. Their ethics are terrible. I think most of us despise people that prey upon the elderly and weak. I know a little bit about chemicals and pest control and this was overkill. If it can't be used on crops it shouldn't be used around your house. There are a lot of natural remedies that don't charge the elderly $795.00 for a five application plan and charge $150.00 for cancelling!

I explained to her what was needed and she had a service technician out to us the next day. It was incredible. I thought we would be a couple weeks out at least.
