Unfortunately, I had to cancel the trip, but spoke with Naomi Sanchez who was able to cancel my reservations with no charge to me. She was extremely friendly and professional. Airport to Redhook: When we exited the airport we didn't have to wait. Although we didn't find a sign with our name when exiting the airport when I asked the gentlemen directing people to taxis for Presidential Limo he waived over Perry and we were off - super easy. I upgraded our vehicle going to the Ferry to the Cadillac Escalade (traveling for my hubs' birthday) and it was exactly what I wanted. Escalade was clean, cool (A/C blasting), had bottled water for us, and we had a comfortable drive. Redhook to airport: For our return trip I reached out to Perry super last minute, literally the day before, and we were able to secure the regular shuttle van for transportation to the airport. Presidential's regular shuttle was nicer than what I had expected- high end sprinter type van, leather seats, super clean, etc. Perry and our return trip driver (forgot his name- sorry!) were professional, courteous, wore their masks in the vehicle, and were good drivers.

I have been on quite a few tours and Geroge hands down has been the best tour guide. 14 people in our group. He was attentive to all, engaging, and educational. I learned, laughed, and had a great adventure. For parts that were a bit difficult for some, he focusef on form giving confidence to those who were a bit nervous or inexperienced with the terrain. The admin was seamless. After we booked, we immediately got a text to confirm pickup location. We got a text with instructions and the waiver do we were prepared for pickup. During the ride to the hotel, we also booked a return trip with Johnny.
