You left me hanging since November 1…read more Many emails and phone calls were done between the two of us regarding the headstone for my deceased family member. D personally said she confirmed a standing headstone could be made. We proceeded for months with withdrawing in all information that was needed. Then D started ghosting me. We personally spoke to Mr. Helm who said everything would be resolved by Tuesday, February 10. We waited and waited for a phone call or email. We finally went to the cemetery who stated D had never contact them. Inquiring about a standing headstone being permitted, Dee told me on our second conversation she had confirmed with the cemetery standing headstone was permitted. Not only did she lie she made me go through months of designing the headstone that would not be permitted in this particular cemetery. Shame on Mr. Helm for not calling back to say his incompetent employee had made an error. I hope when they lose a family member, they are not put through additional grief that they put me and my family through. I hope they sleep at night, knowing what they did to a grieving person. I find this despicable. Be careful when dealing with Mr. Helm or Dee the truth is far from what they know. I'm sure they know who I am writing this, but I will provide my full name for this truthful review which is Debby Markman.

We called to have carpet cleaned and the service person came with a small machine that could not…read moreclean the entire room. We called Floor Care and they then told us they could not come for a few weeks. This is after we emptied the room to make it easy for them. I would not recommend. Very poor business practice.
