Got an acrylic full set done by Helen! The salon was extremely busy on the Sunday I went in with multiple appointments, walk-ins, and nonstop phone calls. My appointment was for 1pm and I didn't get started until around 1:25pm, but Helen was apologetic and was able to still move quickly without having to sacrifice the detail she put into my set. Another technician started my process by cutting down my natural nails and gluing the acrylic tips on. When Helen took over, she noticed two tips that could start to lift so she took them off and restarted them instead of just powering through them which I appreciate. She was also very upfront about the price differences based on the designs I considered ($40 for acrylic full set and $50 for an ombre design). Right before she started putting on the colors, I decided to go with an ombre again and she was able to pivot seamlessly, even though it would've been ideal to use another method for the powder. Overall, I was able to leave by 2:30pm with a set I'm satisfied with. If you're thinking of paying them a visit, I highly recommend Helen and calling beforehand to see their availability/make an appointment. read more

Absolutely worst nail salon experience I've ever had. I came in for a removal and new set and the lady I first was seated with kept talking to her coworker and broke down the pricing as if I couldn't afford it which was unnecessary and I told them I am totally ok with the amount because that's not an issue. From there it got worse, I was switched to a lady on the other side of the salon and she kept making racist remarks, pointed out my sweaty hands multiple times when she cut my skin 3 times that made them sweaty and continued to file over my skin after I told her it hurts. I made sure to say "ow" and she still wasn't gentle or careful after I mentioned my skin is super thin and sensitive to harsh filing. On top of all of that, when she finished my nails she kept squeezing my hands after pouring alcohol on top of my nails, then layered oil right on top which burned and that smell mixed with the filing shavings which was not acceptable. I asked for her to clean my cuticles since extra debris was left and all she did was rub my cuticles and didn't do anything else. Lastly, I washed my hands afterwards to help and she still rushed me by saying "are you done yet?" when the only reason I took my time was to relieve the pain under the water in their sink. As soon as I paid I took a closer look at my nails immediately after and one of my nails isn't even square which was the shape I asked for. Overall, really disappointed. read more

I had a very troubling experience at this nail salon. The lady I had was very adamant on a different color than what I wanted and seemed upset when I denied it. She kept pushing for me to do add ons and was making me super uncomfortable with her tone since I do have some social anxiety. Now when it comes to the actual shape of my nails, they're horrific. It looks like I have eggs on my fingers and I was too nervous to say anything due to her demeanor and attitude she had towards me the entire time. Overall wouldn't go again or ever recommend. She also bragged about how I wasn't the only person who's cuticles she cut (I had cuts on my ring and pointer finger since she wasn't gentle) such a unique experience to say the least.... read more

When it comes to grooming, I'm very particular about it. Quality of service matters rather than blaming clients that their nail or finger is out of shape lol. Last December 2023, after Christmas, I did fill in with Helen. It's been 7 weeks and my nail is intact, without corners being open where hair may get stuck and annoy. All nails were unbroken despite hard labor work. So far this is THE BEST Nail Salon service. They do best prep work, listen and explain you to be on the same page. I come here because the prices are semi reasonable however the customer service is horrible. An acrylic set is generally around $35. One incident we had an appointment at 1pm and didn't get seated till 2. Then during that time the lady working on my friend stopped mid way to help another client. The lady also cut my friends finger and she started to bleed. It is also dependent on the lady whom does your nails however often times they are not customer service friendly. I went and had my lashes done by Rosie. It was my first time at this salon. The salon is very clean and has he ladies there were very nice. Now onto Rosie. She was amazing. She was able to do my fill even though someone else had done the before. She is kind and very efficient. I even too a bit of a nap lol. When she was done my lashes looked amazing. Very disappointed my 2nd time getting dipped manicure, I usually get gel but my first time here, what a terrible experience. So this is 4 days later. However the 2nd day started chipping. I should have got the regular manicure had I known. My first experience was so beautiful which was done elsewhere. I even gave them an extra tip on top of what I usually do. I love this place. I always go to Hellen or Hannah for my nails and they're amazing. I've been coming here for years and they always do just what I want and if I want something different I can just tell them and they will fix it. They follow covid guidelines with wearing masks, having barriers in place, and seeing them sanitize each station/ Removing used barriers after each client. Washing of hands is required upon arrival. I came here at around 2pm on a Wednesday hoping that the place wasn't flooded with people and luckily it wasn't. I was helped right away. I was here to get a gel mani and regular pedi. I was immediately sat at the chairs and put my feet into the water basins. While that was happening I had another lady do my fingernails and trimming my cuticles. I wished she didn't cut them down too much but it's because some of my nails were obviously shorter than the rest. In the end, it looked fine. I do have to say that the lady who did my pedicure scrubbed my feet kinda harshly so it was kind of sore for a couple days. My toes looked very nice though. They moved me to the manicure station and told me to put my feet under these heated fans underneath the table to dry the polish. A different lady did my fingernails. She was able to get exactly what I wanted which was a mauvey matte finish with a gold accent nail. It was a very satisfying experiencing after she put the matte polish on top and wiped it with alcohol and my nails turned matte instantly. I loved how they turned out. Total for both my gel mani and pedi was $33 and I tipped each lady who did my nails. It was such a steal! I really appreciated the ladies that did my nails. They looked amazing. She does a great job on problem nails. Very reasonable prices. Clean and attention to detail. It was so horrible that I can't even explain. Towards the end of my manicure, they usually moisturize your hands, she didn't do that. I got my nails done on Thursday, and on Saturday the gel nail polish started lifting off. And on the following Tuesday, the polish just came off of my finger. There service and quality has drastically decreased since the pandemic. Even though their prices are reasonable, the quality is so poor. Never going again. read more
