Just got my nails done there and love it! They do such a good job! It was fast and I am definitely coming back!

Went in to just get a polish...no holiday design demo nails...couldn't understand the tech at all. She gave me a gel polish which was $35 after I told her I just wanted regular polish. Didn't even last a week, one nail cracked. Center of the nails looked ok, but both sides of each nail was so sloppy. She was polite, but didn't do a good job. I walked in for a manicure at 5 PM. I was told to sign in. After me 7, yes 7 more people came in. All 7 were seated before me by 6 PM. I sat there patiently waiting my turn and was never acknowledged that I had been waiting before all the other customers. Possibly 2 of them were scheduled but that was ridiculous. Very poor customer service in my opinion. I walked out. I'll never go back. They wasted an hour of my day. read more

We've been supporting pretty nails for at least 6 months. I had no issues until the owner was rushing and cut the skin on my left toe. Of course I have been treating it with antibiotic ointment and it's been 3 days and very sore. We won't go back. You can't rush and without enough resources please don't take appointments. I went into Pretty Nails as a walk in late Friday afternoon. I was greeted by Travis a very polite young man. He asked me what services I was interested in having done. I explained I was there to have my current set of nails removed and a new set put on. You see I wasn't very happy with the set I had. Though I loved the color, I was very disappointed in the nails themselves. They were nowhere near what I had wanted. ( see pics) Travis patiently listened to me. We looked at pictures in the books the salon had. And also on both of our phones. Travis helped me decide on what I wanted before he even had me sit at the table. Travis was very thorough in explaining to me about different techniques, styles, and polishes. He was very patient with my lack of knowledge in these areas. He made me feel like I was learning not like I was uneducated (which , in this I was) I appreciate how I was treated here. (With respect) Travis is definitely an asset to this salon. And his customer service is exemplary! I absolutely love the way my nails came out. And I felt I was part of the process. Travis even saved me money with his suggestions on how to handle my specific situation. I left this place feeling not only like I had learned something new...but also, like a valued customer. I went out of my way to write this so I hope it helps. These people were friendly and tried there best to get people in and out in a timely manner BUT after only 3 days my acrylic set is falling apart and sadly I'm happy about it because there so chunky and thick. I paid hard earned money and quite a bit. I just expected better and am SO dissatisfied. read more

I'm getting on here to do some work and fix some of the bad rap. Real talk...This place has really improved since the old days. It used to be just ok (think back in the day like 10 years or more ago) and kinda dirty inside. but now it's really great, clean, tons of color options, they offer dip, gel, acrylic, and their massage chairs have been updated, and i had the best experience there today! Unfortunately I wasted my time and money here. The staff did not communicate well with each other and I was over charged for a sloppy job. It smelled horrible and was not a nice atmosphere. Save your money and Do Not go here. I get me nails done quite often and this place is the worst. Never going there again. Very rude too! read more

This little place is a gem. They give AWESOME pedicures and do the best eyebrow waxing in town.

Wonderful experience here! My girlfriends & I went together for mani/pedis... having tried a few different places, this is by far the best! They provided excellent service & fabulous results for our entire group. We couldn't be happier. We'll definitely be back just in time for prom! read more
