The steam combined with the organic creams and gels felt really good on my skin, and she made sure to gently communicate and ask if I would be comfortable with extractions (which I was, and it was painless). I wanted refreshed skin and to remove the toxins from the environment, and Sophie made me GLOW! As an added bonus, about halfway through a woman came in to massage my hands and feet, and from that point on I was fully blissed out.
