I have been a patient of Dr. Hotchandani for more than 30 years and have had several procedures performed at Hotchandani Laser Aesthetic Center during that time. Throughout those years I have consistently experienced professionalism, patience, and clear communication from both Dr. Hotchandani and his staff. There is a reason I have continued to return to this practice for so many years. Dr. Hotchandani has always been calm, respectful, and considerate with his patients. He takes the time to explain procedures, answer questions, and ensure that patients feel comfortable and informed before, during, and after treatment. Over the years, I have referred family members, colleagues, and even business clients to his practice. Each of them has had positive experiences and has been pleased with both the care they received and their results. It is also important for readers to understand that laser aesthetic and integrative health clinics commonly provide elective services that are not insurance-based. In my experience, the office has always been very clear about this policy in advance. As a business owner myself with more than 30 years of experience serving clients, I understand how important professionalism, transparency, and customer care are in building a strong reputation. Based on my long-term experience, Dr. Hotchandani has always conducted his practice with integrity and genuine care for his patients. The…read morefirst time I met him, he figured out in 1 appointment what years (yes years) of meeting with other Drs could not. Even more impressive was that he had just recently graduated from Med school. I had a previous surgery with a surgeon who really messed things up. It was a right ACL and it was so bad, I had to wear casts for several months and then another bad surgery. Sadly I went years with issues. After that horrible experience I gave up looking for a solution until a few years later. I talked to several sports Drs trying to figure out a solution but most said they just didn't know and didn't want to go in unless they were sure bc it wasn't good to keep going back in. I'm not knocking the other Dr.s I do understand their side. Plus they were having to try to fix something someone else screwed up so it's a challenge. In my 1st appointment, Dr Tressler told me what he thought it was but wouldn't know for sure until he went in. He did the surgery, made the repair and I finally got my life back! He could do no wrong after that. He has since repaired my left ACL too. I had a great recovery and excelled in my rehab. For this reason, I pay a lot in additional $$$ just to go to him bc my insurance company only has him in the general network. I don't have extra $$$ to toss around but this is something that is soo worth it! Quality of life!!!! I am very grateful to DR Tressler and OSMS.

I had to remind him at two separate visits I was not here for my back, but I have severe disk disease in my neck. He performed an acupuncture treatment the week before for what he thought was back pain. When I came in for my next visit he asked if my back pain improved. I was confused and said " my back", he replied " I thought you were he for back pain". He also was very offended when I told him the acupuncture treatment he did caused increasing pain and flu like symptoms for 3 days. He told me that was not possible, implying I was lying. After establishing care with another Dr. that performed acupuncture (specifically targeting my NECK) that Dr. said it is known that acupuncture can put your body into a healing crisis as your body releases toxins. I have no idea why Dr. Joseph got so defensive. I was respectful and pleasant, the exact opposite of him.

When we moved back to Green Bay four years ago I tried to find a pain doctor that would continue my treatment. I had no success. I tried Bellin, Aurora and Prevea. All they wanted to do is take me off the meds that had been working for me for years. They made remarks to me that were very hurtful. Finally someone recommended a doctor that was independent from the big corporations, Dr. John Joseph. When I went for my first appointment I found him to be very kind and sympathetic. He listened carefully to what I said and after getting the records from my Florida doctor, he agreed to continue my medication that had worked so well. I can't describe the relief that I felt when he said this. He has managed my back pain for over a year now and I can live a normal life. Everyone in the office is friendly and kind, always. I recommend this pain management clinic to anyone who suffers from pain and cannot find relief.

Since it has been longer than 3 months since my last treatment was charged $130 for an exam which I was unaware of but apparently had agreed to over the phone. I believed the exam was optional outside of the treatment since I was only wanting a dry needling and that I'd been a customer for years. Left that day believing I paid $80 on my credit card and was settled up. Received a bill saying I still owe money. Went in to clarify and was talk by front desk and was informed that I was charged $130. Front desk told me that I should've only been charged for my treatment but new people get charged $130 and told me to call billing. Called billing and left a voicemail, never responded and after several days received another bill saying I owe additional $80 for the treatment and was told what I paid the first day was for just an exam. Miscommunication, very rude billing person and ended up paying $170 total for a dry needling stand alone appointment. Will not be back. Go elsewhere for stand alone treatments.
