Now terms of the service; friendly folks working there, ease of use when turning in and returning to get my laundry. Offer both in person payment and electronic (modern) payment options (via web/mobile) both with receipts (electronic and paper). Rather quick turn around from the time of drop off and pickup. Clothes smelt clean, folded nicely and didn't have any issue with my clothes being stained or mis-placed or missing so far. For times I couldn't pick up immediately, they offer an after hours, pick up location. I do like this. I'll continue to support small businesses and help get the names out and this place is worthy of that, especially with it seems to be the one family that runs the business and not a chain. Love this!
