You can kind of tell there's tension between some of them, and it doesn't create the best vibe. I saw a review from last year by someone named 'Leh Carvalho' mentioning similar issues, and honestly, it seems like not much has changed. For a small town like Weyburn, you'd hope for a more welcoming and diverse environment, but that doesn't seem to be the case here.
