This is a long overdue review but I made sure to save the card and information because this location deserves a 5 star review! My mom and I shared a unit with my sister but wanted to downsize, plus I was moving and taking my things out. Moving and now clearing out/moving stuff from one storage to another is never fun but the employees here are phenomenal and so helpful and welcoming and informative! First, we hadn't been in our storage in 5 years so the door was actually broken and we couldn't open it properly. Two maintenance gentlemen (one being Skylar) came and helped to get it adjusted so we could get into it that day but also called for it to be repaired and within that week which is what we needed. Whenever we went, we stopped by the front to get tokens for the Dollie's and came across Christie, who in each of our visits and interactions was just the sweetest and so helpful!! Both Christie and Skylar (who was now learning the front desk role) helped us to change our information over to the new unit. The site was giving Skylar issues but both of them were able to make light of the issues and apologized to us for waiting but we were totally fine! It felt like sitting with friends while we were working on getting all this paperwork completed. They never made us feel stupid or unwelcome and it truly meant so much to us! Thank you for everything Christie and Skylar and we will absolutely recommend this location to any friends looking to rent a storage unit. Last to note, this location is literally always so clean and I never see any bugs. Thank you for keeping it clean! read more

It was straight forward. The front desk was all smiles, went over the rules and was super helpful, she walked me to the unit and gave me the keys and lock. Super simple, super secure. I had my stuff in there for about a week and I was comfortable knowing that my stuff is safe in there, there are cameras everywhere. The gate is always secure with code to enter. Let's me just say, Aja was amazing! We went to another location and they didn't have anything so they sent us here with a nice tour already set up. She showed us three different units around the property and was really helpful when we were deciding which one to pick. After the tour we immediately chose a spot and they have complimentary carts to help with the move as well. Definitely recommend checking this spot out! read more

The office is clean and translates to the grounds and the units themselves. I first reserved a space online, it was ready when I arrived, and I was able to move stuff in immediately (after paperwork was done). The place is a joke it is so funny how I had a storage there for about a couple of months and then I needed to get insurance which I got insurance through them for my unit and then not realizing my mortgage company would pay for my mortgage storage So I informed them that I would no longer need their insurance and that I had my own coverage and then what do you know about three days later I get a email letting me know that my unit is going up In price which was ridiculous and very shady I must say. So I gave them notice and took all my stuff out of the unit read more

This place is a total rip-off! I gave notice, was told I could pay when I came in to vacate. Yesterday, they charged me a late fee of $24.00 and now because we're late, charged us another months rent. Both price storage's (arrow & haven) are rude and not honest. There are plenty of places that offer storage in this area. If you do some research, a lot of people have had the same experience! Haven DOUBLE charged us, made our account overdraft by 100 and said too bad. read more

We used the storage facilities for a little over a year. The place was clean and maintained but items in the storage shed were covered in dust all the time. Security was fine we never had any troubles. A few complaints I have is the business requires 2 weeks' notice when cancelling your contract with them which makes no sense to me and we ended up getting charged an extra fee for this. We also had to purchase a lock that cannot be used for any other purpose and is now useless and after one year they raised our fees to $200 per month. Would not use this facility again. read more
