The steering was out too, but they said they would have it ready for sea trial the next day. I got there mid afternoon to find there was no chance of sea trial for lack of a cheap and easy fix. I then, fairly, low balled them an offer as the boat was not sea worthy and had no timeline to be seaworthy. Chris got bithchy and stormed out, and I'm sure my offer was not relayed to the owner.

Bought a 2024 ( New ) Twin Vee. Had it shipped to Ohio without seeing the unit in person - not the…read moresmartest move I guess. I received the unit with three mismatched old batteries. The house battery was ruptured , shorted out and it burnt up my 80 amp breaker. Luckily I am good at marine electrical so I was able to replace the breaker and at the same time I replaced all of the old batteries.There is no Twin Vee dealer in the Sandusky / Huron Ohio area so I had to pay for it all. I asked Ryco Marine for some financial help with at least the breaker and the batteries. I was informed that I paid less than they paid Twin Vee for the boat so they could not help me out. Very Sad Service.
