I called to get a quote for glass on home project, gave them all of the dimensions and everything they needed. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional and said it would be a few days before she could call me back with a quote. I waited 2 weeks and still never heard so i called back and no one answered. I tried to leave a message but the mailbox was full. I called back a week after that and finally got a hold of someone and they finally gave me a price. Then i told them to go ahead and do it, they then said they didnt have the material and it would be a week before they would get it. it has been over 2 months since the initial call. Very disappointed in Price's Glass. After getting quoted a price to replace glass panes in an arched window, I was asked to make a down payment of almost $2000 to have them come back 2 1/2 months later to tell me that they had not quoted enough labor and did not have the manpower to finish my project. I went to Price's to get a piece of glass cut for a picture frame and didn't know they closed early on Friday. As I turned to leave when I discovered the door was locked, a young man came out and asked if he could help me. He measured the frame, took all my information and told me I could pick it up Monday.
