He also has on call if you are having problems after office hours. Lauren is the massage therapist and is without a doubt the best. She is almost instantly able to find the problem area and make you feel better. I always feel a million times better afterwards! Unfortunately we had to drive from the Pittsburgh area to Syracuse New York for a family event that evening. He tried everything from hot compresses, cold compresses, ibuprofen, etc. He was so uncomfortable. We knew we would be passing through Erie on the way and reached out to Dr. Krauza. He met with us almost immediately, offsite close to the highway. I'm giving it 2 stars only because I haven't actually gotten chiropractic care from them, and I'm not one to blast a business without the full experience. For all I know, they have the magic touch and are miracle healers. However, first impressions mean a lot, and the pretentious attitude from the staff I spoke with suggests that they're interested in easy money over helping people in pain. My guess is they probably have a baseline of patients and don't feel like dealing with the new intake process very much.
