I spoke an office lady at Dr. Raisig Wellness Clinic and she said they specialized in Hypertension, Cardiovascular, and vein. I asked if they accepted our insurance and they did. I thanked the lady after I told her my husband was in poor health and this sounded very beneficial for my husband. She said yes ma'am thank you. I did the online new patient. I got see do my visit. It was a good experience for me. However this morning 06/11/25 at 9 am was my husband's appointment. Dr. Raisig Clinic called my husband Randy Godfrey and told him they had to cancel because he would not be a good match for them. He asked what do you mean to the office lady and she said Dr. Raisig said he would not be a good fit. They are promoting that they are a wellness clinic specializing in what I listed above in which my husband is suffering from and they turned him away unprofessional and would not let us speak to an office manager. They are located in Ellijay Ga. The office personnel was very rude each time I called to ask why and why could they not at least tell us why and point us to a Doctor that could help. Besides being extremely knowledgeable, his bedside manager was amazing. He explained everything in terms that I understood, took his time, and was very calming and reassuring. I have a couple of doctors at Mayo Clinic, and thought they were the best ever, but Dr Abrahamian was even better. The office was also very efficient at scheduling follow-up tests and working with me to fit my schedule. They also provided me with a written summary of my office visit outlining everything we discussed and tests to be performed. Ellijay is very fortunate to have such a great cardiologist. I only hope we can keep him here!

The staff were helpful and friendly. I was especially impressed with the MRI technician/nurse, Karen. She is skillful, patient and knows how to put people at ease. This was said to me before I had a chance to open my mouth. I was referred for Physical Therapy. Second appointment. He came in the room without looking at the physical therapist notes. I got emotional because this was so upsetting. I'm just looking for a game plan to get relief and get some of my life back. He referred me for a MRI. and before he walked out of the room turned around and told me "YOU NEED TO SEE YOUR MD ABOUT YOUR MENTAL HEALTH " I do see a doctor on a regular basis for years to help me and track my depression and anxiety. Third appointment. I didn't want to be in the room with him again. When I got the call to set up my follow up appointment I asked if he would even be looking at the results. I expressed to the staff how I had NEVER been gaslit by a doctor in my life!! My husband went with me. IT was as if a different doctor walked in that room that day. Explained I had spinal stenosis and actually sat down during this visit. Then referred me to pain management. I WILL BE FINDING A NEW DOCTOR. SOME ONE NEEDS TO SPEAK TO HIM ABOUT HIS BEHAVIOR TOWARD WOMEN. I recently met another female patient of Dr Lashley who said he told her "you just need to lose weight" I am appalled!!!! Now I have a new bill to pay and I get treated like crap. I work 50+ hours a week my husband works more we have money, but the way I was treated because I didn't have insurance was sooo hurtful. I will NEVER take my 3 boys back or recommend them to even my worst enemy. Not only that but we waited 2 hours and didn't even see a Dr. There nurses are rude and treat u like the office ladies do like you are dirt. I wouldn't give them any stars they are horrible.
