1 star for the quality of the car- the driver was very friendly and professional and deserves 5 stars. Website shows a Lincoln under Fleet and is described as "luxurious fleet of vehicles," and I was picked up in a black Impala Sedan that had crumbs in the seats and a trunk dirty with grass. I talked to the company owner who insisted the Impala was a 2020 and nice car, but I use airport service often and this was not an acceptable vehicle for this type of service- it did not have the feel of a high end, luxury vehicle inside, both in the quality of the interior nor the ride. I would recommend using another airport car service company if you are looking for the "luxury" experience this company claimed to deliver. The owner did apologize but did not offer anything further to compensate for the experience. read more

BAIT AND SWITCH: I could not recommend this service any less. We called them because we didn't want to ride share in our regular service, which they were able to book. Guess what, arrive at airport and are TOLD we are going to ride share. No masks, riding with unknown people, compromised partner, couldn't get another service or even Uber because it was a high peak, then they charged us only slightly less than a private ride. They probably made almost double rate on this car ride, which is unfathomable. If you want a private ride, I wouldn't trust them based on our experience. We will likely report this on up to the AG if they don't refund our money. It was the definition of a bait and switch--we specifically told them we did not want ride share which is why we were calling them. read more

I needed a last minute ride to the Indy airport from my home in Carmel and gave Pride a call the night before my early morning flight. John was extremely nice and was able to pick me up at 5am the next morning. I really appreciated that he was able to fit me in with such short notice. He arrived early and was incredibly patient while I spent the next 15 minutes frantically making sure I didn't forget anything and while I let my dog out one last time before we hit the road. The car was very comfortable and clean. "Pristine" would actually be a better description. Given the early morning pick-up, I was looking forward to zoning out and relaxing during the ride which I was absolutely able to do. John was chatty when I wanted to be chatty and quiet when I wanted to close my eyes for a few. Definitely recommend!! read more

I wish this was a 5 star review. My dad had an appt in Indy for an evaluation to Dx w Dementia. I had earlier scheduled a ride w Uber (WEEKS) in advance, and after calling Pride, decided Id cancel the Uber and use them instead since Uber has no guarentee. So the morning comes, and a car showed up and we left. My phone rang in Martinsville and it was the driver from PRide (apparently even though Id canceled Uber, the driver wasnt updated and showed up anyway and had no Uber signage or anything on the car. After arriving at the appointment, I spoke w the driver from Pride and expkained what had happened and to the pwner. He asked if we wanted the ride back and I said yes please. Long story short, I had to pay for 2 rides TO Indy as well as the ride back. I asked that the FORCED gratuity be removed since he wasnt eilling to do any discount on the ride we hadnt taken. So he offered a 15% reduction wuhich didnt even cover the tip, and I had tp pay for a sanitation fee of the v3hocle for the RIDE I DIDNT TAKE. 500 dollars to find out Dad has dementia. Ive been doing this alone for several years but I guess the owner needs my money more than my Dad does. Next time Ill stick with Uber. read more

We used Pride to drive us to and from Purdue from Indianapolis Airport. We don't know how to drive in snow and we didn't want to trust a young driver via uber, so Pride was the solution. Both drivers were excellent and SAFE drivers -on time and perfect in every way. That is all I care about. The cars were in excellent condition. I found their price to be fair and I would definitely use them again. read more

I have used this car service before and scheduled them for transportation to airport on March 19th, 2022. Received confirmation and was all set. My flight was an early flight so my pickup time was 4:30 am. As is their process on pickup morning I received a confirmation my card was charged for pickup followed by a text the the driver was on the way, the link took you to information on who the driver was, contact number and the ability to follow him on the map. This was about 4:10 am. I texted the driver with helpful info and then checked the map. When I checked the map, the driver didn't seem to be anywhere on the map. Shortly after around 4:14 am to 4:16 am I received a text from the car service, possibly the owner, they didn't identify who they were. The text stated he cannot reach his driver by phone and he is not showing on the map and there are no other drivers available. My card was refunded and I was left to find alternate transportation with just minutes to spare. Thankfully I was able to get family up to take me which I was trying to avoid. My thought went to what would someone do if traveling for business at the last minute car service bails and no Uber or Lyft available, I guess your taking a taxi. This was very disappointing and I would not be comfortable booking through this company again. read more

I hired Pride Executive Car Service for a round-trip to and from the airport. The car was outside our door at 3:50am, 10 minutes early, and he got us there on time. The return trip was a little different as our return flight was delayed for a day. No problem. PECS did not desert us and was there, on time, the following day to get us home. The car was clean and the service was professional and reasonably priced. We always use airport limos rather than leave our car in long term parking and PECS is the best we've used. read more
