Finally, my husband called Lance, our sales associate and told him he was not happy with the carpet. This was 10 months after it was installed. Lance came out and looked and the carpet and agreed it wasn't performing as it should have been. He offered us a credit in the store for the full amount of the current carpet to get it replaced. We paid the difference and ordered a different carpet with shorter fibers. Upfront: They ask whats your budget then give you a spineless amount around your budgeted amount and raise it with each conversation even though you gave them all of this information up front. We asked them to order everything and have it in stock before beginning the job. They said they had everything but lied. We had to wait because the flooring people were out of the tile because they didn't order it as they said. The same thing happened with the shower walls they were out of the color we wanted. Do not trust them. They said 2 weeks from start to finish it was 90+ days. I knew 2 weeks was wrong but thought it would be quicker then over 90 days. So many issues I can't even list them all. Best thing about them was the man that did all the work Blake was good however his hands were tied due to Logan and he needed to keep his job.
