VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. did I mention how rude they are at the front desk. how can you collect membership fees and not provide services that are already paid for. it's sad how we lower our standards to fill positions. If it's a lifeguard issue maybe management needs to get their life guard certification and step up when the employees they hire can't be there.
