Chair keeps tipping over on rough sidewalks, where grass and sidewalks meet,ramps on sidewalks or streets. Last time it broke my hand

I had a stroke in 2020. I cannot walk, and my right arm is too weak to propel a manual wheelchair. Kaiser and Medicare arranged for me to get a Jazzy Air 2, which raises 14 inches. That died 5 times in the first 2 years, and was out of commission for three months! So, i had to borrow some funds, and bought a new Pride 613 EV for $4000, just to have a backup for the Jazzy Air 2. Three months after buying the 613, the right front caster wheel froze! I could only go in counterclockwise circles! I brought it in to get repaired, as not only is it under the Pride warranty, but the California "Lemon Law" also covers motorized wheelchairs for a year. Pride is now refusing to fix it! Brand new Victory 10, received Aug/ Sept . Tiller was crooked, wheels were not aligned and the alignment hardware was loos and unsecured. After Two months the trans axle started to make a slight humming sound By early December the Transaction completely broke with a loud snap ,and the Battery's were already bad and not holding a charge . Now I am a disabled Vet, so this was a V.A. purchases, so maybe this is how Pride sends out all their scooters slotted for Veterans. To top it off Their customer service rep was rude, in my opinion, curiously I did opened with my scooter was a V.A. purchases so maybe this is how they treat Veterans . My wife has a used Drive Medical Scout Three scooter that runs circles around my Victory 10 as far as quality and longevity goes. My brand new Pride Victory 10 has now been unusable since December and it is still unusable now and it is February, due to back orders. I cant help but think that the back order is due to a lack of Pride in their product and workmanship not Covid or supply issues . The Bible does say "Pride comes before the fall" and Pride Mobility has fallen down and cant get up. read more
