I signed up for a buy one get one free in January. It should have ended in February, but I have now been charged two months in a row for $29.95. I have tried contacting them to the number that's on the website 574-777-0525 I always get a prerecorded message that all the representatives are busy. It tells you to leave a voicemail and they'll call you back but no one ever calls you back. It also tells you to use option number two to have someone return to call to your phone number but again no one ever calls back. I have also tried contacting them through the website and given them my email address and phone number and no one has contacted me. I went to the location in Goshen but the gentleman that i spoke to said that he could not do anything about that and that I had to contact the number that's on the website the same one that I've called multiple times with no response. I give them a negative five stars for terrible customer service and no way to get a hold of anyone to talk to about your account. I figure that if I posted a review maybe they would see this and actually try to contact me. After being pressured at the line of the car was I reluctantly agreed to try the 30 day unlimited program. The man assured me (because i definitely asked) that I could cancel before the 30 days and not be charged the monthly fee. 4 days before the 30 days, I tried to contact customer support leaving messages on the phone (no one ever answers) and texting the number given to me. Finally someone got ahold of me and assured me they would cancel the 33.00 from going thru. Of course, it went thru anyways and it's been two weeks trying to get a refund. No one will answer phone or respond to my texts. HORRIBLE customer support. Still trying to get someone to contact me. Very disappointed. I have made a comment on their Facebook page to warn others and of course they delete it. read more

One of my favorite places to be on Wednesday evenings! Why hump day? Because it's Wacky Wednesday here and that means $3 off every car wash! After paying, you drive through the car wash and are instructed by the employees on when to drive up. They will give you car a good scrub and/or spray down first because entering the was itself. Helps to remove the bugs and grime. Free vacuums, car mat cleans (for cloth mats only) and Windex (bring your own paper towels or rags) for those who have paid for an automatic car wash. Employees are attentive and helpful, the parking lot is always clean. Warning: if you get dizzy spells the flashing, disco-like lights inside the car wash may make you nauseous. read more

We bought the month of car washes and went through for the 5th or 6th time today and something cracked our windshield. We heard something smack the windshield in the beginning of the wash and then saw a huge crack reflecting in the lights. We immediately pulled around and asked for a manager to come out and told them what happened. They said it wasn't possible for our windshield to have gotten broken by the car wash! The manager told us he didnt think it happened in the wash and i told him to go check the cameras because it wasnt broken when we went in the wash. After filling out their report the guy told us if we drove to the other side of town to the other location, his boss Tyler might be able to help us. We drove ovwr and waited for Tyler to come look at the van and he said the same thing. Sorry not going to be able to help you, our carwash cant break windshields. It did today! He said he will pass the info on to his boss but that he will say the same thing, they will not fix this.​ read more

Worst car wash ever! We bought the monthly pass and every time we go there when we want them to spray off our runningboards and back they wave us through quickly. They do not allow enough time for the pre-wash. When we asked the guy to wash our cars he said I can cancel your membership at any time you got to keep moving so we are canceling do not buy a monthly membership here! read more

The best car wash I've been to in Elkhart County. The drive-through is fantastic really good job and they have big air blowers to dry your car off. very good job with that type of drying. Use the manual car wash and I thought it did as good anywhere around. read more
