The owners looked everything over, said all the right things regarding how the work would be completed and said they would do the job in 2 or 3 weeks. The price was reasonable so we agreed and a contract was drawn up. On May 7th I called and was told that we were certainly on the list of work to complete and would be called when they would be available to do the work. They also stated that the spring rains had slowed them down. On May 22nd I called again and was told their bucket truck was broken but would be fixed soon. I call again on July 24th and never got a return call. I called again in November, cancelled the contract and asked for a callback to explain the reason they didn't want the work, again, no response. I would like to know what happened. Next spring I will call someone else and start again. It's not very good business to just leave a customer waiting and not even return phone calls. I would never recommend this company.

When we started looking for someone to fix the botched job, I was hesitant, but Copper City Landscaping came in this summer and did the job better than we hoped. Not only were they timely, respectful, and put in a full day's work (on the hottest day of the summer), but they were also able to break up the roots, bring in topsoil, and leave my lawn flat for my littles to run around freely on.
