They have nice selection of clothing from casual to business casual, club, sporty and street clothing. The greeter/cashier, owner and wife have always been helpful and welcoming. The store is always clean. I never had a hard time finding a place to park. They also do piercings. They do piercings at a much more reasonable cost than the mall and specialty places. Maybe I shouldn't have said that...they are probably due for a price increase. They sell body jewelry and incense. The only thing I could say can use improvement is the sizes. I am curvy, and it hurts my heart that I will never be able to fit many of the pants they sell. Most of them cater to those with thigh gaps. But their clothes are super cute and there is a nice selection for boys/men too. I am so happy they are doing well and keep going strong when so many businesses are folding. I hope that when I graduate and have more to spend, I can support them much more than I do now.

The staff is extra friendly and welcoming. The associate, Linda, who came to help me was with someone when I arrived. She greeted me and told me someone would be with me shortly. Once she was finished, she took my prescription for my supplies and my insurance information. She was excellent in explaining my insurance copays and the knowledge of the product I was there for. An older couple came in looking for a product the didn't carry and the associate pointed them in the direction of a store that would carry it. Overall, the people there are phenomenal and extra helpful. Highly recommended for all your medical supply needs!

We talked to the fellow working there - was that Tim? - and he was very kind. He told us the history of the house (a former funeral home) complete with some anecdotal ghost stories. The shop itself is huge. Despite its size it is easily navigable. There is an impressive collection of lanterns hanging from the ceiling on the 2nd floor that I found particularly neat. Sadly, while I did find some items that would've worked for what I was looking for, nothing was reasonably priced. I didn't know if haggling was acceptable so we just decided to move on. In any event, there is lots to browse through. If you're planning a visit set a side some of your time!

The Valley Pool opening crew serviced my pool last week, and I would like to note that the…read moregentlemen were very professional and did a great job overall. However, I was quite disappointed to find that, after paying approximately $325 for the pool opening, the weights were not attached to the pool ladder. As a result, the steps are currently floating, and I am left without assistance to correct the issue. Given the cost of the service, I expected this to be completed as part of the opening. I would appreciate having someone return to properly attach the weights to the ladder. At this point, I am very dissatisfied with the incomplete service and hope this can be resolved promptly. Otherwise, I will reconsider using your services in the future and would be hesitant to recommend Valley Pool to others.
