Took my stock JT rubicon here to get not just what I thought I wanted, but also advice from the knowledge of the guys here and I couldn't be happier. We went with Rock Krawler Suspension 3.5" X-Factor lift featuring 8 new control arms. The 17" Fuel Off-Road Covert wheels and Mickey Thompson Tires 37" Baja Boss tires. The FOX reservoir shocks upgrade feels like this thing is dialed in and the tazer has everything working perfectly. It's been several months and everything tracks straight as an arrow, no wobble, no issues with abnormal tire wear, and zero issues. They also did my 4.88 gears and everything has been spot on. The pricing was exactly what should be expected for each item, materials and labor- and they were transparent the entire time with what would work best for my build and with pricing quotes for options. Scam artist and totally unethical - called Maverick and got a quote on installing rock rails - got a quote for 2 hrs at 160 an hour. Went to pick up the truck and the bill was for 900. Also i left the truck for 4 hrs and he charged me for 5.5. When I asked how can you charge me for 5.5 hrs for a 4 hr job he said they charge by a std set by some mechanics book, not the actual hours. ????? Then why bother quoting an hourly rate. He also said he quoted me 5 hrs which is a complete and utter lie. Don't do business with these guys unless you want to get taken. read more

In the past three years, I have had two of my cars serviced here. 2 transmission fluid and filter changes, a transfer case fluid change and a remanufactured transmission installed. The service here has always been professional and the pricing is competitive. The work is done in a timely manner. Never anything unexpected. They take pride in their work. read more

these guys (especial Jim) display himself as a 20+ year mechanic but he is more so very great at taking your hard earned money away from you without repairing your Jeep. I was recommended that this place specialized in Jeep repairs but this has been nothing but a money nightmare , and although these guys seem very nice ... I'm my case they charge you a diagnostic price but will not at all give you a print out of the diagnostic (yes they are willing to write something down on paper which has leg legal leg to stand on) read more

No knowledge of IFS, ie Toyota or Lexus GX. Ironman Stage ll was installed improperly and I had to reach out to Ironman. After five trips to Primal I had enough. I Ended up taking the Tacoma to another shop where an evaluation was made and then a time was scheduled to correct the flaws. Vibration issues resolved. Strut top and bent cam tabs installed properly. Primal could care less. Never got back to me. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE IRONMAN PRODUCTS just the install. I do not recommend this shop. Initially I gave a good review on Instagram. Not now. Very poor customer relations. Six month nightmare! read more

Takes them forever(almost a week) to diagnose with a reservation. Get a quote for $$ go pick it up and then $$$$ get charged more for the repairs. Parts were charged a higher price than quoted and labor was charged an extra hour, plus they don't apply the fee of the diagnosis to the end price of the repair ‍ I checked further the other day after getting back from work. when I dropped the car at the shop the axle was centered. The track bar was replaced but the axle was not centered when I received it back! Also paid to have the track bar replaced and the parts that go along with the trac bar welded in place. At one point I remember asking if it would be a good idea to replace the bracket that goes on the axle side (passenger) but the owner told that that would add an additional 4+ hours and what he was planning on doing was to weld a "washer" instead. So, I said sure let's do that instead. Well, the washer was never welded and the bracket it still has the same play as when I dropped it off?! I just wish there were shops out there that can be trusted and would stand behind their work (what was paid for) not asking for free stuff I just wanted to get what I paid for. read more
