On 12/27/25 around 1:30pm my 4 years old son and I were shopping at the Primark in Willow Grove Mall in Willow Grove PA. I picked up a few items from the men clothing section and made my way to the children section on the second floor. I placed all of my selected items my reusable shopping bag that I entered into the store with. As my son and I made our way down the escalator to the first floor I was approached by a man asking me to step to the side so he could speak with me. I stepped to side of the escalator and the man said "we observed you stuffing things in your bag and if you just give me the things I won't arrest you." I was floored by this accusation. I explained to him I am using a reusable shopping bag and I am still shopping. Once done I will pay for my items. He replied "this is what management is saying and we do not use those bags we have the carts or our shopping bags." I replied I was not aware that I could not use my own bag to hold my items and transferred my items to a Primark bag. After this unpleasant encounter I made my way to the register. As I placed my items on the counter I asked the cashier if I could speak with a manager. The cashier asked for the reason of my request and I informed him I had just been accused of stealing. The cashier called for a manager and apologized to me. The cashier inquired as to who accused me of stealing. As I look up I see the guy who accused me of stealing standing at the end of area leading to registers. He quickly ducked out of sight when he noticed me pointing at him. The manager Bryan arrived and I shared with him what happened. He apologized and claimed it was a misunderstanding. I also shared I was visiting from NC. I expressed how this was embarrassing and I never left the store to be accused of stealing. For the man who approached me to assume I was stealing because I was using my own shopping bag was unacceptable and low. There are two sets of register in store however only set of registers was open and this was on the first floor. There is an entrance/exit on the second floor in the children section where I was shopping before being approached on the escalator. Again I never left the store or passed any point of purchase area before being approached. This was not a misunderstanding it was profiling situation. I was threatened with being arrested and embarrassed read more

This is an odd store. Some people that come here are looking to spend less on clothes that may be on sale due to the clothing being irregular (manufacturing defects). My dad was in the clothing industry for over twenty-five years and the last time he brought me here for shopping I am pretty sure I got a black sweatshirt on deep discount and it ended up being five or ten bucks. My dad said meh, if you get a few wears out of it then the sweatshirt won't owe you anything. Something to that effect anyway. I came here recently when trying to get a dress shirt for an interview that wouldn't be too pricey. I only found one that was a slim fit and ended up returning it along with a six dollar tie that was made out of recycled waste? It was made out of something recycled, any who, I do not plan on coming back but I do see it is typically busy at the cash register so I think this store may be more tailored for the pre-teen, younger crowd on attracting them to buy fad items. I always enjoy shopping at Primark especially when I see plenty of cute items around the store!! They used to be busier when I shopped, even when it's weekdays, but the other day when I was there, it seems kinda empty. It is still a good place to browse around from clothing to other home or travel accessories. read more

Although it first glance the price and selection may seem desirable, the second you go to try anything on you will realize how junky all the clothes are. it's a shame that a store with such a large collection would have nothing that works but after spending a good deal of time there you realize they probably won't. I visit this store about 3 times a year to see what the different seasonal options are. The clothes aren't the finest and they are no name options which are very inexpensive. T-shirts for $2.50. Tights for $8. Jackets for $20 Socks for $5. And so much more You definitely get a lot of quantity for a low price. Today I got 2 lightweight sweater jackets (one long sleeve one short), one tank top, one night gown and 2 soft comfortable pants all for $47. The downside is the dressing rooms felt like there was no air conditioning. They lines were long but ours moving quickly. Besides clothes (men, women and children) they have shoes, makeup, bath items, luggage and more. read more

Reminisce with me, if you will. It's 2014, and I'm in Ireland. It's my first trip abroad, my first trip alone, and my first stay in a hostel. I didn't bring a towel to shower. Oops. The lovely staff at the hostel directed me down the block to a shop called Penney's (not to be confused with America's JC Penny's). I walked in, and the rest is history. It's the most incredible array of clothes, shoes, housewares, linens, makeup, accessories...and all for like two euros. I couldn't believe it. I bought a towel. But I also bought a romper (that I still own) and a "I woke up like this" T-shirt (that I wore religiously until I left it at friend's place). Flash forward to 2017, I discover Primark by mistake. I felt the same rush of excitement. Turns out Primark is Penney's in American form (Literally owned by the same flagship company). You can find lots of stylish clothing, shoes, etc, and it won't cost you much. Sure the quality isn't the best, it's a lot of synthetic fabrics, but it's better than similar retailers like Forever 21. There's a lot of cute clothes, but I feel like high school teens/ college kids are the best audience for most of their styles. They've got some good basics, and their jeans are also super cute! The fits can be a little weird, but their sales are pretty great, especially for accessories. I've purchased a number of cute sunglasses for $1.50 (because I'm the girl that loses sunglasses on the reg) I've made a few purchases in my numerous visits to Primark, including wedge booties for $13 (which I love!), but I find that I usually raid their makeup section. I recently purchased a $4 matte lip kit, and I love it! I will go out of my way to come here to get my makeup remover wipes. You get a two pack for $2, and they're AMAZING!! I've spent more on other products and never find ones I like as much as theirs. I prefer this location to the KOP location because parking is much less of a headache. Their hours are conducive to after-work shopping, and the store is very organized with lots of staff on hand (though they're most kids, so they're not always the friendliest). read more

Came to this Primark on Black Friday evening and was surprised to see it packed still. Since they're already a discount store, I didn't see any deals around or maybe they sold out earlier in the day. They brought the men's clothes to the second floor and I hate the layout now. It's so confusing and the floor looks restricted. I also feel like there are less clothes now that everything's on the same floor if that makes sense. I ended buying one top. I think this is a great place for basics ie socks, t shirts, leggings since the quality can be questionable. They had a lot of cute sweaters here a few weeks ago and I stocked up! I was driving from DC to NY, I only stopped in to go to Primark as I used to shop their in the UK. Primark has taken up USA as the next expansion ground and I was not disappointed. The store was jammed up with stylish stock and the deals where available were not bad. They also had charging stations in the seating area plus the washrooms were clean as well. Primark - Free wifi - Accessories Near Me - Willow Grove, Pennsylvania

I kinda have a Primark Problem. Like the type where I go multiple times a week and spend money I don't have. I know the store like the back of my hand (except I was there a few days ago and they completely redid it)! The clothes are decent but the sizing is off. In regular shirts I'm a size XL, but in sweaters I'm a large, and some shirts I can't fit in at all. Keep in mind bigger sizes go QUICK so if you find it, buy it asap. A lot of their inventory is XS and small. Shoes are ok. Everything I've bought basically fell apart in a few wears. They have a good selection of flats which I stock up on for work. I also bought a pair of sneakers for hiking for $7 and they are holding up well! Unfortunately most employees suck. They chatter about how much they hate their job and politics at the registers. There will be a line around the store and only 2 registers open. Also half of their customers must have crawled out of a kensington sewer. Extremely rude to both other customers and the store. I witness people defacing merchandise and stealing every time I'm here. read more

This place is pretty incredible. Be prepared to spend some time here- there is a LOT to see! I've been jonesing to get to a Primark ever since they landed in the US, but have never been close enough to get to one! Decided to swing out to this location on my way to Philadelphia and I was not disappointed. We entered through the parking lot entrance and landed in the home section. As is the season, it was fully decked out in Christmas stuff! Most expensive item we found here was $14. The home section continued into sheets and towels, all very reasonably priced. Overall, I thought Walmart prices with Target quality. It was amazing. Women's clothing largely occupies this two story behemoth of a store. I appreciated that they had a lot of different styles. Teens and mom's were shopping together, which was an interesting change of pace! I'd say the average price of an item was around $15. Definitely need to try everything on. The sizing was pretty inconsistent; I ended up buying a couple items in about 3 sizes. They've also got shoes, bags, accessories, men's and kids. I could have easily spent another hour in this store! In reference to COVID willow grove mall period need enforcing see a lot of people mask hanging under nose or completely off! I don't get it covid is real and maybe people just don't care, but went in primark and turned around my first time I was in line and there was a family had masks But didn't put on till they got ready to be called to register! I love Primark I'm happy to see more of these stores open up on the east coast. There are always ridiculously good deals at this store. I bought 1$ scarves and 50 cent ball caps during my last visit. Quality was good, material was thick, and everything was fashionable. Men's section is on the top floor and women's on the first. The only bathroom In the store is located in the first floor as well. Hopefully one moves into the Montgomeryville mall. Until the two closest locations are the KOP mall and the Willowgrove mall. read more

The first Primark I have been to was at the King Of Prussia Mall back in August. I enjoyed my visit to that one so I stopped in this location to shop too. What I liked about that Primark is what I liked about this Primark, they have some great products at decent prices, you really aren't sure what you are going to find and that's what's good about the store (and also what isn't good, sometimes it can be hit or miss). Overall though I enjoyed my visit and I know I'll be back in my future visits to the Willow Grove Mall! read more

This review is ONLY for the poor customer service. I love the home goods section and buy a new comfort on sale for $15-$20 every other month! But...there are never enough cashiers and on many occasions I've taken 1 look at the long line, but my items back and left the store because I knew I could be in line for over 20 mins. I never bother asking a worker for help because they all look annoyed, the cashiers are never friendly and I always tell them to have a wonderful day and try to cheer them up but it doesn't matter how kind you are to them. I do have to point out that the 2 managers behind the counter away from the registers are very pleasant and always tell me to have a great day after I tell them. As a customer I shouldn't have to be the one to say it first. I love the prices at this store but I just wish the service was better that's all. read more

I loved Primark in Europe when I was a student. They had great, low priced options for clothing, housewares, and gifts. The stores were organized and the cashiers worked quickly. It's the complete opposite at the Willow Grove and King of Prussia locations. The stores are a complete mess. The employees do not care to fold the clothing or put items back where they belong on the racks, making it incredibly hard to find items in different sizes. Specifically in Willow Grove, they routinely have one section of registers available, while all others remain closed, so the queue is long. The cashiers clearly have no oversight or leadership as they're constantly yelling back and forth to each other and holding inappropriate conversations while ignoring the customers they are ringing up. The products are the same, cheap, on trend items as their other locations, but sheer the lack of care for the store keeps me wondering why I keep coming back. read more

I was here shopping for dorm décor and clothes. Dorm Décor: I really liked a lot of their stuff. I bought a fleece throw blanket with a black and white geometric pattern and a throw pillow. If I had not already bought some stuff for the room, I probably would have bought more. When I got home, I noticed that there was a white strip that was weirdly angled on the blanket (like the pattern was misprinted). Clothing: Eh. not a fan tbh. If you want cheap stuff that only lasts a season at a cheap and super reasonable price this is the place. That's okay with me. What is not okay with me is the rude primark workers there and the fact that they stood there gossiping with each other while I struggled trying to get the door open with a wheel chair. Hello? I have been going here ever since they first opened in the Willow Grove Mall. After years of watching UK youtubers haul from Primark I was so excited when I heard they were coming to Boston and then... PA! I went the first week and the store was buzzing. I however struck out. Their clothes are cheap, definitely not the best quality, but what do you expect for the price? I love their home ware section and since the first day I have had much success, particularly with denim (get the denim & co, NOT the atmosphere brand). I've also bought multiple items for costumes and just some fun trendy pieces to add on. The problem with the store lately is that- like most mall stores, it gets shopped too much and so it can kind of look like a mess. Shoes everywhere, many clothes not in order. The staff is extremely nice - those working the checkout lanes. However, a lot of the staff on the floor just seems to be mozying around and not working to pick up the mess. This isn't true of all of the sales associates though, just some. As someone who works in retail I would like to see a little more effort, especially since they have so many employees, I don't think it'd take long to clean up the piles of shoes on the floor! But like I said every time I have gone in the employees are always SUPER nice. read more

Worst experience ever. Standing in line while there's 5 other customers waiting to be check out also. There's 4 cashiers open where only 2 of them are actually checking people out. There was a group of employees just standing around chatting at the end of the cashiers. Best part was as they are all messing around talking I see one of them is the manager. Pretty bazaar to me. Then one of the computers weren't working so instead of grabbing the chatty manager this coworker is screaming the computers blue it's not working. Now I've been waiting in line for almost 15 mins before the line even moves. Finally the line starts to move and we get checked out. But let me tell you I will never be back. You need to hire people that actually want to work. And will do the work. Because right now you have a lazy group of employees and for that you lost my business. read more

My new favorite store! It's incredibly cheap but is surprisingly good quality and cute. They have a lot of choices in clothes, shoes, and accessories. Weekends are very crowded though. Primark is like an organized, less cluttered version of Forman Mills for those on a budget or just want to price shop. As word gets around about Primark and what they offer, I think they will continue to expand in the US and pose a challenge to established clothing retailers. I LOVE Primark. I had never heard of it until I was shopping at the Willow Grove Mall. I was HOOKED. We were in search of outfits to wear to a family event and were planning to stop in multiple stores. Didn't need to! We spent two full hours in Primark and came out with TONS of great items. I now have a new purse that looks like it could be a designer bag, sneakers that costed me $10, and tons of different outfits. I think I ended up spending $50 and I got SO much for it.
