The front desk staff (new) are helpful and friendly and Dr Jerez nurse (Ms. J. Griffin) is the same very warm and friendly. I have ALWAYS loved having Dr. Jerez as my PCP. She is truly concerned for my health and wellness. I drive over an hour for my visits, as I am not ready to start over with a local doctor. For now, my family and I make the drive to get the service we need.

Went for my physical today and one of the phlebotomist did not have a good bedside manner. I didn't get her name nor have I ever seen or noticed her in the 8 years I have been going to this clinic. She needs to find a more empathy side and use that with each patient. I will say that she did a good job taking my blood, I barely felt a sting/prick.

But clearly trying to even make an appointment is a Bother to this clinic. I wasn't even given an apology for their rude behavior. Absolutely Disgusting.
