The front desk staff (new) are helpful and friendly and Dr Jerez nurse (Ms. J. Griffin) is the same very warm and friendly. I have ALWAYS loved having Dr. Jerez as my PCP. She is truly concerned for my health and wellness. I drive over an hour for my visits, as I am not ready to start over with a local doctor. Went for my physical today and one of the phlebotomist did not have a good bedside manner. I didn't get her name nor have I ever seen or noticed her in the 8 years I have been going to this clinic. She needs to find a more empathy side and use that with each patient. I will say that she did a good job taking my blood, I barely felt a sting/prick.

He's caring, compassionate, and intelligent and I've never felt unsafe nor unprioritized as a patient. His assistant is incredible and I've gotten all referrals I've needed in order to get my health improved. Never had any issues with the front desk as they are like 'grand central station' and just leave a message with my doctor and I get a call back right away for referrals. I'm very holistic so it's rare for me to find a medical doctor who actually has quality recommendations to improve my health as he has. Their bloodwork is very thorough, and it was the first time, someone even appeared to check for anemia. And, yes, I have it so began iron and began feeling much better.
