After signing up my child for the standard summer VPK program, I was informed that there would be an additional charge of $300 per week due to my child being on the autism spectrum. It is my understanding that VPK programs are designed to provide equal access to early education for all children, regardless of their background or special needs. Imposing additional fees based on a child's disability appears to be discriminatory and contrary to the principles of inclusivity and equal opportunity. If you have a child who has any learning disabilities or on the spectrum please do not enroll them in this location. They are very unprofessional. I called the vpk office in Tallahassee and reported them, charging extra for a child who is on the spectrum is discriminatory and not legal. also no one on the staff team is trained to teach any children with learning disabilities, so if your looking to help your child and prepare them for Kindergarten this is not the place. read more

Ignore this school!! Read all the reviews, it's gonna save your money and time !! It happened too many things in a such a short time. Also posted some pics. I pulled out my child after a 3 days trying this school. It looks everything fine just at the first look. The teachers treats kids very bad, they are really mean. Nobody cares about them. Even the owner. They don't help and encourage kids to eat, my baby complained twice that her tummy hurts, after I was taking her home and said mommy feed me. It's really sad because they ask us to provide food and snacks for them and the lunch box it wasn't even touched. This school is closing at 6 pm. One day I went there to take all the staffs that remained, and it was 5.45 and all the teachers were gone already, except one, witch it wasn't my child's teacher,In the hallway were running 3 kids without any supervision, then that teacher that was there came and put them all three on the hallway chair and waiting for the parents to come to pick them up. CRAZY ! This is not allowed, the kids are supposed to stay in the class until their parents come to pick them up. What if the parent has some questions about his child at the end of the day ? And his teacher is not there to answer all the questions. The teacher has to report to the parent everything what happened during the whole day. No Organization Nothing ! They can't wait to go home asap. Plus the front desk said that in the class are 2 teachers to 21 kids, in fact there is only one at a time . Everyone has different shifts/ time to come in. If one teacher is coming the other one is leaving. And of course one person can't handle 21 kids. It's insane. It's a big mess going on there. Every day I was tightening my child's hair like ponytail and i was putting hair clips also to hold her hair away from her eyes. Every time I was taking her home , the hair clips and tights were gone / lost. I was asking the teacher where are all her hair staff? She was saying: I don't know, I don't know and slowly was closing the door just to get rid of me faster. All her hair was in front of her eyes, with this success she can loose her vision Another day after picking up my child , I have noticed that her left foot, one of the fingers was stuck out of the shoe, at least for 2 hours ( during nap time ) all the nap time she didn't sleep, she cried, I saw her crying through the window when came to pick her up. At that time the teacher was doing nothing just sitting on her chair. She walked out of her bed to the door like that. When I saw it The finger was completely red, crooked. And I brought this child here completely healthy, but when u tAke them home U take them with different issues/ health problems. This is not a safe place for kids. Even though In the contract and their website it says and they promise that they will provide the best care. ITS NOT TRUE !! All this problems I complained to the owner ANKUR AGARWAL , and guess what he answered me.... He said: You're completely crazy, making all this stories. Yes, of course ,I have nothing to do all day, and I'm inventing stories like that.... The owner has no education at all , he's talking really ugly and disrespectful. His business is all about money. He threatened to call the police on us for not paying a fee that was agreed to be waived prior to enrollment. I was forced to take my child home and now I am without childcareFind somewhere else. He called me after my son was bit several times and instead of bringing me a solution, he said "it's not often you get a call from an owner of a school." This location is amazing, being a parent of a child with special needs I am very picky about the initial impression as well as how "warm" a location feels when I choose a place to have my child participate in. The staff was very welcoming and sweet and my child comes home daily excited to tell me about his day. I would definitely recommend. We are 2 months in I will update if anything changes. read more

After only a few months, my son was abruptly kicked out of the school because of an argument my husband had with him in regards to the many numerous random fees and charges were and upon waiting for a response, he became unhinged because we inquired. After a few exchanges of words he became racial, bragged about his 6 MILLION DOLLAR house he owns in Port Saint Lucie. Which now that I think about it, it makes sense because he's definitely not putting a dime of it back into the school or his staff. He's greedy and just about everyone knows that. Disgusted and disappointed is an understatement as my son made his first real friend and is now missing him. Save your money and your children's heartbreak and go elsewhere. My son attended this facility for about 5 weeks. In that short time we had several red flags about the treatment of the children during the day. This is not a school of any kind, it is a very loosely run daycare. At his other school he used to come home with art and would sing new songs and always be so happy. At this place I did not get any artwork, and this was after spending $70 on art supplies that was mandatory for parents to buy upon starting. No new songs, and my son started pushing and being move violent. Within the first few weeks our teacher was no longer teaching there, I was never informed or given an explanation. Several times upon picking my son up I witnessed violence between the children with a very young attendant doing nothing to stop it or intervene. My sons clothing was extremely dirty, and I picked him up with pants that were soaking wet on several occasions, his coat was not removed after being dropped off and he was forced to wear it all day. Facility upon closer examination is not clean, the outside drinking fountain is caked with dirt and leaves with the kids drinking from it. My son ended up with hand foot and mouth disease shortly after starting there. The cameras were either glitchy or not working the entire 5 weeks that we attended. For their thanksgiving party the children had nothing but junk food and sugar on their plates, the entire party looked poorly planned and like no one cared. After making the decision to not let my son go here anymore , we voiced our concerns with the owners and management, they seemed understanding and wanted us to give them another chance. We declined. We were then sent a collections notice from their attorney for an amount of 3 weeks tuition and legal fees. I honestly feel that they should be reimbursing us for how poorly my son was treated. Since starting at a different school he is back to his happy, singing, gentle self. read more

As the aunty, I have had the opportunity to spend a lot of time at this school: picking up my sister's kids, attending special events, and seeing the work product sent home. The 2 and pre-K classes are amazing! I love the family inclusion mission of the school. I attended a day as a family guest when parents were invited to create flower pots for a learning unit about how to grow from a seed. Recently, I attended the pre-K graduation. It was SO well done. Organized and planned to make both the kids and the parents feel great. I was moved how the teacher got choked up when speaking to the students. The clear connection between students and teacher is moving! The facility is clean and it's clear all of the staff - from secretaries to head of school - really care about the kids and their parents. I feel welcome and just love the culture of this school. read more

The only reason why this is a 1 star rating is because it's required to post. PARENTS IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILDREN AVOID THIS SCHOOL AT ALL COST. Number one the "owner" and I use that term loosely Onkurrr or whatever is a crook who does nothing but raise the already unreasonable costs for my child to attend, perhaps if he put any of that money towards a cleaning crew kids wouldn't get sick as much as they do. My child has been to his primary care doctor no less than 5 times in the last 3 months and no matter what medication is prescribed or what treatment is recommended by child continues to get sick because the bathrooms are atrocious, the classroom (if the AC decides to work that day) is unfit for a dog let alone a child and the nap area is literally dirt stained floors . Good thing my child is required to bring his own sleeping bag because I'm sure if it were up the school they'd give him a garbage bag. The one saving grace is that they have some great teachers and I mean SOME. Extremely Dangerous, incompetent, very bad customer service, and unprofessional!! Stay away from this school and the owners!! Just don't bring your kids here. We have just moved to the area and decided to try this place out for a week. Our twins could not even last for 1 day. After watching the live video, my daughters were left in a closed circle ignored and crying all day. The care taker showed no attention or support. After contacting the the owner and taking pictures and making video recordings, there only response was to contact the front desk. Then we kept on trying to bring the kids to finish off the week but it was painful seeing how the staff mistreated our kids daily. Then we was just stopped coming and 1 week later I get an email stating that if I don't pay for 2 additional weeks then my account will go to collections. We stayed for only 1 week and were forced to pay for additional week and that was the most we get. The owners are money hungry and show no empathy to what's going on to our kids. The worst daycare experience I've ever had... If you care about the well being of your children stay far away from this place. There is a constant revolving door of teachers. Every few weeks there'd be a new teacher in one of my kid's classrooms with no introduction or no notification from management. The germs lingering in this facility are unlike any daycares I've been to before. My son got hand foot and mouth twice in a month. While we were stuck unable to work for an entire week, caring for our son at home while he's covered in painful blisters and unable to eat from the blisters in his mouth the daycare continued to call harassing me to pay them for the week without a single concern for how my son was doing. My son came home with the worst diaper rash I've ever seen in a kid. His rash was so bad the skin began to peel from his butt. Nearly everyday my son came home with various bruises and busted lips. I once came in with 3 different incident reports to sign with no real explanation as to what happened to my son. The teacher in my daughters classroom constantly mixed up the kid's drinks and snacks. She would take all of the lunch boxes and empty the contents into bins. So, when she went to disperse the drinks and snacks she constantly mixed up what belonged to who. I'd come in to pick up my daughter and she'd be drinking out of someone else's sippy cup and eating a snack that weren't hers. The teachers themselves even told me they were so unhappy with the way the facility was run they didn't feel comfortable sending their own children there. Their security cameras give you such a false sense of security. The cameras glitch constantly so you would never be able to see if something was actually done to your child, not to mention the broken cameras that have never been fixed. It's such a shame that these disgusting people running this facility of no care for the safety or wellbeing of the children. Take my advice and send your kids elsewhere. read more

They promised that he could attend the school for free with ELC help and then backtracked on everything. Out of no where they call to tell me yelling at me that I owe money or they will kick him out. Out of care for their teachers I paid my debt because my son deserves stability. A few months later the owner calls me again I'm a hostile and threatening tone stating he's kicking my son out of school. He offered no reasons why and provided no documentation about any incidents that took place. They are completely unorganized and have been through at least 5 office managers since he started. They are incredibly unorganized and offer no communication to parents. New teachers have no idea how to handle the kids. At first everything seemed fine but within a week the first incident occurred I pack my child lunch daily they request we put it in the fridge mind you all his stuff is labeled with his first and last name when I came to pick him up his food was untouched they never gave it to him I asked about it they said it wasn't provided even though I was sitting there holding it in my hand that I just grab from their refrigerator showing the teacher how he has his name and it the same lunchbox I bring daily I brushed it off at first but once I got home I was extremely upset because my child was literally starving when I brought him home he ate triple the amount he would've and drank 2 full water bottles I was shocked they literally must've not even given him anything but since it was a new school I figured it was an honest mistake but I was wrong because I The next incident occurred not too long after where I spoke to the teacher about wanting to potty train him they said they would work with me he was doing fine at home with it and he would tell you when he needed to go so I figured it would be OK I dropped him off and not even five minutes later I'm still in the parking lot I see on the camera that she's immediately putting him in a diaper so I go inside and called them out on it The response was listen "I know diapers are expensive" if I was trying to potty train my child because I couldn't afford diapers that was the last straw and I never brought him back read more

This is the worst school we have experienced ever. The owners only have an interest in the money. They change the price every other month with no notice. They are disrespectful that even their own staff has told us to stay away from this school. They have constant turn over in staff and out kids has been hit, pushed and hurt with bruises so many times we have lost count. The owners scream at the parents in front of others because they lack respect for anyone. I never write reviews but this has got to be the absolute worst environment for your child, it's toxic and I feel bad for the staff that has to work under these terms, it explains the constant changes. They don't fill bottle waters so your child will stay thirsty all day if he runs out of water, instead they tell us parents that the child can go to a water fountain if he is thirsty? Really a 3 year old is expected to do this on his own? Enough is enough, after 2 years we have pulled our kid out and only hope that others read these reviews and be informed before you consider this school. Seems like a great preschool, major disappointment was school website and front door decals advertise open at 6:30 which was the deal maker since my wife was required to be at work by 7. The first in doesn't get there until 6:45-6:50. There are a group of parents waiting to drop kids off. First in then has to do all opening procedures as well, before taking kids in. Owner got 2nd person there to help open and have 1 person for kids and one person to open but the arrival time was still inconsistent and caused trouble. Ended up having to pull my kid and move down the street, disappointing since my wife and I really liked every other aspect of the school. read more

My son was at this school and it was completely horrible ! The first day I went to pick him up he was crying in his crib while the teacher was standing there watching the other kids crawl on the floor, mind you he was only 6 weeks old at this point ! When asked why this was I was told, " we haven't had a baby this small in awhile so I will have to let the teacher know" Second day I brought him I was watching the camera's as they have parent access and I watched the infant room teacher push a babies head back into the bouncer 3 times ! I drove over there so quick informed the director who re-played the tape and saw what I saw, she in turn called the owner. When the owner got there she didn't even know how to handle the situation all she said was we will talk to her and im sorry. This is child abuse and its DISGUSTING ! I proceeded to call DCF and police investigation and when the police officer returned my call he did inform me he did go to the school and that they were starting their own investigation !
