I chose this repair shop last year to fix my daughter's Honda Accord after a Honda dealer couldn't seem to find the problem and Prime Care Auto did, fixed it and there's been no problems since. Fast forward to last week, I had my Jeep Cherokee towed there after it cut off and wouldn't start. Through out the process I was called, texted, sent pictures and videos informing me of what was going on from start to finish. Even when I picked up my vehicle today I was shown the 2 old parts and what was broke, missing etc. The owner Siwan went above and beyond spending way more hours than I was charged for doing research, on the phone with Jeep to insure that my vehicle was going to be fixed with the right factory parts and fixed right the first time. That kind of dedication to a customer let's me know that it's not about making all the money you can make from a customer but to satisfy the customer with excellent customer service and reasonable repair prices. The biggest mistake I made was not wanting to wait a week for an appointment and I used another mechanic that was recommended by someone who didn't fix the problem. I never writing reviews, but I was soooo impressed with Siwan's honesty and integrity that I felt compelled to write a review :) The ABS control unit went bad on my 2009 camry (apparently a very common problem with this model) which caused the control panel to stop working. I went to several other mechanics to see if they can resolve the problem. It was clear from their responses that they were familiar with this type of problem and that it would take too much of their time to properly diagnose and isolate exactly what was wrong and then locate the part at a reasonable price. Siwan took the time to locate the part for $230 vs getting a new part from the dealer which could cost between $900 to $1500. I know he put in a lot of time to make sure the problem was with the control unit (troubling shooting the connector as well), and I have little doubt he went above and beyond what 99.99% of most other mechanics would be willing to do (for the price that he charged me). My long search (over 10-15 years) to find an honest mechanic with integrity and concern for his customer has finally come to an end :) read more

Extremely satisfied with the mechanical and service work done by this automobile repair shop. I own 2012 Mercedes-benz ML350 4matic and recently moved to the Baltimore area. My battery died right, so I call AAA; they come... test my old batteey, it is dead. They replace with brand new battery. Test it after starting the car and it showed that I most likely need a new alternator. I check with Mercedes-benz dealerships (which is where I have always gone for all my services) they quote me $1,800 alternator repair and $700 for the "B" major service tuneup that I also needed now. Total $2,500! I was estatic with Siwan at Prime Care Auto who handled all of the repairs and maintenance issues in a superbly manner. He was knowledgeable, courteous, fair and affordable for anyone! Siwan went above and beyond for the installation and repairs, on the way he recommended me to replace the sway bars which were shot, and recommended transmission fluid change as it was leaking. I drove all the way from Arlington, VA to get all these services done. Why? Because he is honest, friendly, and got everything done in a timely manner as promised. Every time I come here my experience is pleasant. Siwan & his team are very professional and they have never jerked me around. I have 2008 Lexus that I bring to them with confidence. I super appreciate how knowledgeable he is and how he doesn't mind taking the time to explain the mechanical problem and offer recommendations. Top quality service provided at Prime Auto Care. My truck was serviced for an oil change but to my surprise the filter was worn and crumbly. I normally get an oil change every 3k miles and was told by last mechanic at another shop that the filter was replaced but obviously not the case.
