My last visit, the chiropractor said not to charge me for my baby's examination since they can't do an exam for infants. Two weeks later, AFTER they see my infant again, they request the full payment for the two weeks before that they had said I was exempt from. So, I was required to pay for an infant exam that never happened. I tried to request a conversation with the owner who I am assuming was the one who told them to charge me for something they never did, yet she never returned any of my calls.
