The Dr. remembered me from my prior visits years ago and he was generally hurt from my review. He took me in nonetheless. I, personally might have rejected the client but he didn't. My back was feeling tight and I want an adjustment. He did some checks and conducted various additional adjustment free of cost. What an incredible human being. The chiropractor is great! Really helpful and educational, which is why there are three stars. However the front desk service is horrible with scheduling. I've never been more frustrated with someone who is doing administrative work. Ask for proof of your appointment time/date with an appointment card or something. There's been multiple scheduling mistakes and it is so frustrating. As someone who grew up and lives in Los Angeles, time is everything so when your appointment isn't as scheduled it can really ruin your day. Luckily enough I work from home so it's a bit more flexible since the office is close to my house. I would double check with the front desk in person as you schedule the appointment that you both have down the same TIME and DAY. I'm currently here at the correct time, however, my appointment is NEXT week. I also called on the phone to confirm a prior appointment and was told the incorrect time and then when I showed up they told me I was wrong. Gaslighting at its finest. The front desk can make all the difference in your workplace so please invest in a different scheduler. read more

I was having bad lower back pain and pain down my leg. After a couple visits, it was already improving. He told me to drink more water (among cutting out alcohol, caffeine, sugar, and some other foods) which also really helped minimize the inflammation I was feeling. I visited This location for a really bad neck and back strain after visiting urgent care and getting a deep tissue massage. The Dr. Let me know that a have scar tissue buildup on my trap from possibly an old injury and suggested a scraping technique or treatment. He also did some electros. Besides those treatments he used a gun like technique that does quick taps and used it on my neck. He explained what it was for and intriguing enough he mentioned it also has helped individuals that lost their sense of taste and smell when they got Covid. Coincidentally I had lost my sense of smell and taste for over a year and didn't fully recover it. Shockingly enough after the treatment I was able to taste foods that I'm familiar with but wasn't tasting the same after losing my taste and same thing with the smell. The end result with my neck and back strain was a huge improvement and alleviation after just one treatment. I went back again and I'm feeling much better. My wife has been raving about how happy she is with Dr. Kyung U. Min. I was completely skeptical. It wasn't until I experienced complete motion inhibiting back pain for at least two weeks that I yielded and decided to schedule a visit. Without touching me, the kind Doctor asked me to try adding a specific supplement for two days and return. Seeing as how I was crooked and hardly able to walk, I was reluctant to leave with only that "treatment". I finally did, however, figuring two more days of lack of motion would be tolerable enough and worth the "I told you so..." and ultimate justification for an adjustment. Boy was I wrong. He had slight diet change recommendations, but without changing any exercise regimen (or the complete lack thereof), I felt better before the next night. By the second day I couldn't believe how much better I felt and within a week, felt a return to my normal flexibility, which I haven't consistently had in a few years. I still don't know how he could tell what supplement I needed, but I give him full credit for helping me. My husband brought me to Dr. Kyung Min's clinic on May 30th due to pain in the right side of my neck, shoulder, and arm. I started feeling the pain on May 20th and the condition got worse after a few days and my right arm became numb and I cannot move it anymore. It's like my arm doesn't respond to what I want it to do. I have to help my right arm with my left hand, so my right hand can do things or reach something that I need it to. It was very hard and frustrating. I cannot sit up longer than 5 minutes and I have to lie down flat on my back the whole day. Dr. Min, listened to my complaint regarding my condition. He immediately provided the help that I needed. Actually, that time, he's having a problem getting the information he needed about my insurance because of his computer, but he still provided me the care that a patient should have. I've visited his clinic several times, but he never mentioned about me settling my balance first. Yesterday, I asked how much I owe him, my husband and I were so surprised to find out that we owe only about the price of a physician's consultation fee if you don't have any insurance. He was also kind enough to give as discount and he waved the first consultation. I've visited him 6 times so far. My insurance is not very good since we opted for lower monthly payment; we do not get sick often enough (Thank God!) and we always try our best to be healthier. Also, the price of his prescribed supplements are much lower than other doctors or sellers out there. We learned about it when we were trying to learn more about the supplements that I'm taking. My last visit to Dr. Min's office was yesterday, June 20th, and I just learned that they're in Yelp and this is a token of appreciation for helping me regain the sensation and strength of my arm and relieving me of pain. I can now sit up normally, reach for things above the level of my head, do chores, and my arm feels normal. There's still a bit of pain now and then, but I feel 95% better. Some people might think that it took longer for me to heal and some may say that I healed quickly than others with the same kind of condition. I think that it depends also on the person. There are a lot of factors to consider. Always follow the advice of your doctor and listen to your body. Dr. Min and Dr. Lee (his partner, he was the one who explained to me the result of my MRI) are both very professional, friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I learned that I have a neck disc problem and that's what causes my pain and numbness. We're very glad to have found their clinic. I did some extensive research in the area to see if any chiropractors do Grastin work. I was lucky enough to find Dr. Min who specializes in the technique. He is regarded as the top Grastin technique specialist in the area. I have multiple issues with muscle tightness from years of powerlifting. Dr. Min worked his magic and now I am able to move much heavier weight do to more mobility. I woke up and had immense pain from a pinched nerve on my back. It was early Saturday and I knew I could go to the ER and get heavy medication or try to find a more holistic approach. I had been to a general dr a year prior to this and all I was told to do was to take ibuprofen. The ibuprofen gave me lots of heartburn and the pain would soon come back.
