My son loves the ipad kids area while waiting. Frank M, the financial advisor, has serviced us for over 5+ years now. Today, we just had our yearly financial check-up. Frank is very professional, precise & knowledgeable in many sectors. He always comes with many questions & suggestions for your life. He even answered our random tax return questions we had this year. This office also offers other services such as life insurance. Frank now has a local assistant at the Wauwatosa office & and Separate owen wealth management area, which is separate from the regular bank.

They genuinely care about helping and doing a good job for customers. They made the PPP loan application and forgiveness process a hundred times easier than I think any other bank would have. There is no, absolutely no way, to message/email anyone at BMOHarris. All the 'Contact Us' links lead to a nationwide phone number. When I called that number, they tried and tried (so they said) but they were unable to cancel my account. So I just withdrew all the money but the account is still active. Holding my breath waiting for them to charge me for the privilege of having an open account with no money. Don't know if they can reach into my active account at another bank to steal their fee. I stopped in this week to open another checking account which I need to do before year's end. They let me know that despite clearly having office space for 5 or more workers, they could not accommodate me because I didn't have an appointment. Note: they were not staffed. First available appointment was January 3 by phone. If it's by phone, it could be originated anywhere, so why such a long wait? Anyway, I went to another branch 10 miles away and got the new account in 10 minutes.

You might not mind it, but I'm a college professor so when I'm not working I don't like to be surrounded by college students. Yech. But this place has highly competent, efficient and pleasant tellers and counselors. Much lower rates than the big evil banks who should not be forgiven for what they did to the national economy in 2008. I just finished paying off a home improvement loan from UW Credit Union and I really appreciate the help they gave me to fix up my bathroom. The one drawback of this location is parking but if you're in this neck of the woods anyway, it's otherwise pretty good.
